Rewatching this. Thinking about Keam's reactions throughout and finally realizing. Keam probably isn't having feelings for all the guys but more of thinking 'why am I not admitting that I like boys'. All his longing looks while looking at Jin explain it probably means he wishes he was in a similar relationship. All because he has a girlfriend and doesn't want to admit his real feelings
He had had feelings for ball for a long time.. since high school. Seeing ball again has brought back those feelings with intensity
