I enjoyed this. It was well-written, and I like how it continued Eliza's character arc. I like how it was filmed, too. All those close-up shots make these little engines feel big.
A satisfying conclusion to Bert and Eliza's arcs. It's interesting to see how one of the Arlesdale Engines feel about the Mountain Road when they restored parts of how they once belong to the Mid-Sodor Railway.
NOT TO ACTUALLY MENTION THAT'S BASICALLY HOW THE MINIMUM-GAUGE RAILWAY CONTROLLER'S OWN OFFICIAL WIFE HELPED HER AFTER HER OWN OFFICIAL ARRIVAL ON THE MINIMUM-GAUGE RAILWAY!! BESIDES, IT'S ABSOLUTELY QUITE INSANELY CLEARLY MORE THAN REALLY FAIR THAT SHE'D RETURN A FAVOR!!!!
DUKE CERTAINLY WOULD BASICALLY BE VERY SHOCKINGLY SURPRISINGLY PLEASED AS HE'D SAY THAT WOULD SUIT HIS GRACE BY KNOWING THE ARLESDALE MINIMUM-GAUGE RAILWAY LOCOMOTIVES ARE OFFICIALLY CARRYING ON THE M S R'S LEGACY!

6:28 Ah, I see what ya did there, ShunterProductions! Ya got inspired by comments saying that Bert was the patient one, and that Mike was the one with a short temper! I'm surprised nobody noticed that.... To be fair, Mike hates pulling passengers, so, while his character would've been perfect for Eliza's story, he'd likely be too busy grumbling about taking passengers to care about Eliza stopping, so, while out of character for Bert, it was best he or Jock were the focus, as Mike hates hauling passengers, and Rex was in the works at the time.
Originally it was planned to be Mike but I was pursuaded to change it as Mike would be the standard go-to character for that and we thought it would be interesting to shake things up a little
@@ShunterProductions Once again, there was the issue of timing, and the music needs to be turned down a bit to allow the voices to be heard properly. Regardless, I really enjoyed it.
If ever you were to do another Playlist or two, I think this story should be merged with the other three Arlesdale ones into one RWS Book. I see it now: Eliza the Small Atlantic Engine! Yeah..., a playlist of that with a foreword by author would be nice, along with one for the whole series, just so we can stay on track of course.
Sorry to ask, but who made the theme at 0:49? I've been searching for it for a few years with no luck. Most videos I've seen with it credit Mavis M except for this one.

A very satisfying sequel to The Anxious Engine. Bert was the right choice for this situation.
This is something I have been waiting for my whole life and it's here
F in the chat for that Ballast Hopper (fell down just like Godred)
It's been awhile since we've seen Eliza!
And she has 3D face
@@klipsfilmsmelbourneINCREDIBLY INCREDIBLE!!!

There is a script written that resolves the Oliver and Endolyn saga but it will be filmed and produced a couple of episodes from this one

Great job on the story! 😉👍🏻

Very nice story, well done!
Is it the same mountain road at mid sodor railway where falcon/sir Handel nearly fall off the cliff
A formidable work or art!

Bert’s funnel is supposed to be shot.
