タイ・バンコクの北150kmほどのところにあるロッブリー県は、タイ最大のひまわりの生産地として有名です。毎年、11月から1月頃には週末・祝日を中心に「ひまわり列車」が運行されています。「ひまわり列車」の2等車には、JR西日本から譲渡された24系寝台客車が使用されています。
今回、元ブルートレインに乗車できましたので、ぜひご覧ください。
