Thank you for this troubleshooting guide on the Bluetti AC200P! 🙏 Your clear and practical steps saved me so much time and hassle. It's great to know there are solutions before diving into disassembly. Your expertise and willingness to share are truly appreciated. Looking forward to more helpful tips from your channel!
My unit looks very sophisticated ! Do not judge a book by its cover ! I’ve had way to many issues with mine ! Looking elsewhere for a new unit ! B b by bluetti !
Yes, I had the same problem. Overly discharged. I contacted Bluetti Support Squad and they didn't help at all. Why do they not know? Also, Bluetti has extended the warranty on these units to 4 years. However, they don't tell anyone! I'm still waiting since my unit is defective.
The issue I'm having is that my unit only works to 58% and then drops to 0%. I've tried re-calibration several times without success. I just now heard back from the Amazon store where I bought it and they will honor the extended 4 year warranty. However, the unit needs to be shipped to Texas on my dime. If it gets damaged in shipping they will not cover it.
@@n-xplorer This is the exact same as my 2000P , it is the second unit that was replaced with a new one , both getting the same fault after a few months light use , I can understand one going faulty but not 2 , seems this is more common a problem than I thought , I will have to track down my Amazon purchases' for the bought date but I fear it will be out of warranty now as I bought it when they first went on sale .
Something happened with mine but champions power stations not charging and i leave them like 2 days with the power button press and a code came on code 53 and they work again all 3 power stations start acting like that at the same week and no videos on TH-cam I have to make one
Funny you should mention Champion, it's one of the power stations I considered after my Bluetti issues. You should definitely make a video, people would appreciate it. Thanks for your comment!
Mine is doing the exact same , I have been trying every couple of days to see if it would kick start but no luck , this is the second one of the same model AC200P first one went faulty discharging overnight to zero when it was turned off , I managed to pester them to replace it which eventually they did (not easy !) this one has been ok for over a year but now is bad , it started only being able to use it till it dropped to 70% then next second it would drop to zero % but only took less than an hour to charge to 100 again when it should take 4 or 5 hours , anyway after the last time it went to zero it no longer turns on and wont take any charge , by solar or power brick , this is the last Bluetti I will own ! nearly 2000 cash down the drain in 2 years not 10 like they said it would last.
My AC200P's screen failed. Fortunately it was still under warrantee and the whole unit was replaced. Now my three 200 volt panels have failed and are out of warrantee. Can they be repaired?
The shunt on the AC200P sucks (is there a shunt on the AC200P?). The battery bank is fine. I've never run mine down to shutdown but if it ever happens, I'll cross my fingers...like you.
I'm having charge problems as well. It seems like the power bricks are dying. The first one died after about 1 year and the second one is now dying again in roughly the same amount of time. These products are junk.
@@OurRetiredLife I'm on a trip in Moab right now and i wrote that comment after being disgusted that the machine didn't charge after being plugged in to the vehicle 110 inverter all day long and then to find out it only has 1 bar which would not be enough for a night's run with my cpap. 😩. Update: it's taking a charge today and now is full charged but i didn't trust it now.

We didn't realize that about the warranty, will look into into it. Good luck with yours.

FYI, shipping costs $200. Usually this cost is covered under the warranty. I'll let everyone know if Bluetti covers this.

Thanks for the info😊

we feel your pain, our cash went down the same drain :(

Hi there, we don't have any experience with failed panels. Good to hear that you were able to get your unit replaced!
I own a few Bluettis and wont buy another. I’ve had problems.
Mine charged once, now won't, for no good reason .

I got lucky - if I had waited a day or two to retry it, I think it would have been done.

Good info but PLEASE speak up… very low volume audio. But thank you!
Noted! Thanks for watching 😊
I've had 2 bluetti generators fail like this. No more. Won't ever buy another bluetti product EVER AGAIN
We feel your pain. What are you using now? Any better?

Soooo… you did nothing but got lucky. Got it.
Yes I got lucky. It seems 24 hours is enough for the unit to collect enough juice to start the charging process.
Ive had problems with my bluettis… DO NOT BUY A BLUETTI…
