I think wo agent/dealer already registered hoga hi toh 10(1)(ca) won't be applicable at all. However, jab invoice 2 issue hoga (agent to recipient) tab again 10(1)(a)/(b) will be considered and tab 10(1)(ca) can be applied if recipient is unregistered.
