Install screen is too perfect. I can understand everything about main characters without any words, because animation and direction nails it. Kiryu, who wants to be left alone. Saejima, who at first tries to run away from his problems/pursuers, but then just stops and faces them head-on. Haruka dancing restlessly to prove herself worthy. Akiyama being Akiyama. And Tatsuo, who just wants to return to his former glory (and steps into the light).
Maybe transition between Haruka and Akiyama means that he's "behind her", watching over her, etc? We do know, that he actually meets her during her trainning sessions and talks to her. If that's true, then this transition actually makes sence.

Fun fact the first character who appears in a yakuza install screen is going to be the last one who is going to be playable before you can change characters and the first one is the the first who you play with.
The Akiyama/Shinada transition was also pretty good, and surprisingly, so was the Saejima/Haruka one. The weakest link was the Haruka/Akiyama transition, it seemed a little off to me, but only a little. Well, still, awesome install. I think this completely passes the fourth game's install, but beats Of The End/Dead Souls' install by a close margin. I can't stop watching it honestly. It's too good!
Man I'm just grateful we're getting the game at all. Its funny how an install screen can make you want a physical copy of a game. Yakuza is special for that reason among many other reasons... Can't wait for it.

I would say that I hope the game sells a lot digitally so we can get the other Yakuza games (including the upcoming Zero on the PS4), but I really doubt it... There are just not that many Yakuza fans in the US and other places... The games get low ratings over here as well... Its sad. I can't even find a physical copy of Yakuza 3 anywhere I go, and ordering online is a pain to me... And there is no digital version either. Yakuza 4 and Dead Souls have digital versions and I'm grateful because Yakuza 4 is also hard to find... and Dead Souls I don't think it even got released physically over here. The same would unfortunately happen to Yakuza 5. I don't really have anything against digital games, but DLC is just annoying so that I agree with.
The only thing that really disappoints me with this game is the fact that I didn't get to see this install screen since it was only digital here in the US :(
