Ofcourse kgp bcz it's very older iit and it has excellent reputation all over the country

Hi you can Put Jodhpur on top of Dhanbad, rest of the order seems fine

Yes if you are not very much interested in research, go for IIT Roorkee

In iit Kharagpur you can leave, not sure about iit bhubhaneshwar, you need to check with some student studying there
