Essentially, due to past experiences before she became an oni, she believed Gensokyo doesnt deserve to be ransacked by the war being ensued by the beasts and oni hence why she manipulated everyone in her power to avoid "hell on earth" scenario, similar to how it was during the Sengoku period she was in.

Doesn't feel like touhou, doesn't sound like touhou, yet it still does. Forever will touhou be eternal in ZUN's music. Given how fast the last two and pretty much all stg6 boss themes have been, it feels weird to get such a slow and methodical *feeling* theme, still high bpm and faster percussion, not even in the classic ZUN fashion of slow melody but fast everything else like Junko’s theme which still probably has the slowest melody of *any* touhou theme but still feels fast, everything in this theme is kinda slow, well except obviously the fast piano sections or the ending. Also sounds *extremely* and *aggressively* sad for a touhou theme, moreover a boss theme, ever more so that this is the final boss theme. Touhou music is usually pretty subtle and melancholic, but definitely this one is just full blown sad, also kind like Junko’s theme.

she literally lolcow'd herself into being an oni
POV: zamnu put you in the timeout corner

My favorite part of the song.
The vocals get faster like in a panic.
Yess!!! My favorite part too
Bummed she's not the fourth Deva tbh
but who cares, her theme slaps so hard i couldn't even deathbomb it
I really though he would be, but I am sure the fourth Deva is out there
Damn, I really love the voices of the souls trapped in hell.
Favorite th19 track❤️
This only gets better and better the more I listen to it
Will you also upload the ending and staff roll themes?
Haven't tried the game yet, but this one really surprised me. The addition of voice really makes it different from ZUN's previous tracks. Truly astonished.
I know heard vocal samples somewhere i think heard one of Darius Series or one Taito game i know

Finally, an Oni that became my waifu
(I don't know why i'm not a fan of Suika, Yuugi, nor Kasen)
Also did you notice, the background seems different than other boss theme video.
It more much darker and red than previous...
Maybe you're just not into children, muscle women or overly religious women
