100% agree on the music during training. People laugh when I say I really enjoy working out to Sade. It’s a vibe and I’m glad I’m not the only one

I dont know how youve not got more subs kuba you and your lass are a power couple and hard to beat when it comes to bodybuilding couples and yous both show it transfering over to your lives and buiesness too, yous are getting whats yours! the dedication yous put in yous deserve all the success thats coming with it hope to see yous keep winning and get everything yous want. My life when i started watching yous was turned upside down and ive always loved the gym but i was 235lbs fat overweight because of my personal life that led me to drinking eating bad and not getting out of bed but yous gave me the kick up the arse i needed and the motivation seeing you get it made me want to again just your videos alone kept me going at one of the worst times of my life 🙏
So even though yous dont see it yous both help people in ways yous might not know the possitiveness that comes from yous could rub off on anyone 😂 i love your dog too ive got 5 big dogs too they also kept me going 💪🤙

@@Pablo-ns5zk it makes no difference as fats / carbs always slow the absorption down, you don’t actually want it any slower you want the food digesting as efficiently as possible so it doesn’t just sit there all night in your gut - why I never use casein

I love these vlogs Kuba, now that I don't have any series on netflix to watch, they are great, they are cinema! I already saw one of your videos in short format on the subject, but, what do you think about the download weeks? do you think it is possible to go several consecutive months without doing one as such? personally, how often do you usually do them approx (I know that not pautarlas is ideal, to an estimate I mean). Thank you for so much value, it is much appreciated, greetings from Argentina!

How much salt are you consuming a day roughly? 4 odd grams or more ?? I ask because lots of people under consume salt and have no clue exactly how much to use

@ellieegrant really? I'm way off then. I consume around 4 grams of pink himalayan or celtic salt daily.. I've heard of other bodybuilders consuming 6 to 8 grams a day while others Zero lol... I've noticed when it comes to salt no one really knows
