They need more Gundam games here in the US. I am a big fan of the series and its crazy. They never released ZZ Gundam over here
Name of the song is Last Chance by Dmitri Belichenko for anyone wondering.
I love this game. it blended the best features of 2 and 3, and introduced my favorite gundam via DLC: Wing Zero Custom.
That being said, it does have its flaws: I wish it had Sandrock, Altron/Nataku, Tallgeese III, The Rozen Zulu, and a few other things that I feel would have been awesome to have in this game.
Ultimately, it is an awesome game and I'll turn this video on just to listen to the song, which is badass.
We need a new one or a reboot for PS4/5

Dynasty Warriors has done Gundam, Fist of the North Star, One Piece, even Bleach. Even Legend of Zelda is getting a Dynasty Warriors game! And you know what I realized after looking into these anime licensed spin-offs: Why haven't they made a Dynasty Warriors game for Dragon Ball Z?

Bud if there world was full of people that were like me the games would be been bought, the fan support would have been there. I'm not blaming myself and I'm not going to blame the so called none supporting fans because until they give it a shot with the combination of hungry next gamers right now, advertisement, online demo and Ps+ any game can get the shine it wants in this day and age. So no buddy don't throw that bull shit at me until they actually go through the correct steps me make people pay attention to their game I'm blaming them, people a stupid these days I know that and will only play whats popular but in order to get popular in the first place you must go thru those steps. Advertisement, Beta, Online Demo, PS+ if you do those anything will get the attention it wants and we all know if Gundam Extreme Vs did that it would be sell like hot cakes.
There is a difference between Gundam games, and Gundam Extreme Versus. Like I said early you don't have to be popular if you follow the steps for good advertisement anything can get the attention it wants if they follow the process. It's a shame because outside of licensing, they'd barely have to do any work in localizing the games because the games always contain like a third english.

Pretty fucking hype that it's coming over here, but they could have toned down on the SEED + SEED Destiny suits. Maybe give the other series some more love?

Hey as long as this game has the NZ-666 Kshatriya I'm more than happy.
And I think Seed is so prolific here because Seed had a remake airing during the time of the Japanese release.
Probably just to build up hype and what not.
Kshatriya's in the game by default, so ya don't have to worry about that.
And yeah, that's pretty much the gist of it.
There at least five DLC suits in the game: Wing Zero Custom, 00 Qan [T], Crossbone X1, Dendrobium (both Stamen and Orchis) and Full Armor Unicorn
And all the DLCs are op as fuck. I love it.
Watching this video made my day, now i'm waiting for summer to arrive! :D

Personally I'd rather have them release digitally MSG Sidestories or Gundam VS EX FB (without the musical tracks), but I do like the musou series too. And I gotta tip my hat to the marketing team, this trailer was REALLY well done! Appealing both to gundam and non-gundam fans. Looking forward to this game!

This trailer has me hyped for a type of game I normally do not play... damn might have to buy it...
cool I thought the Dynasty warriors gundam series was dead but I am really glad to see it coming back, I only really play these for the cutscenes and gundam models in the gallery, and luckily the cutscenes look great and I saw that you can play through the gundam seed story too. that won me over easily.

Because literally, the worst writing in all of Gundam.
Absolutely stoked about this game!!! My only complaint is why the hell is SEED/Destiny getting all the attention? It wasn't that great of a series. I want to see more units from Wing, X, G, and the 08th MS Team! (I'm looking at you, Norris Packard's Custom Gouf and Ez8!)
It's probably because SEED/Destiny wasn't so great that it's getting more attention, probably in an effort to push the series more
Maybe, but I still demand more suits from Wing, X, and G. At least the core Gundams from those series would be awesome! But that's just me.

Seed /Destiny is the 2nd most popular Gundam in Japan after the original Gundam, that's why. BTW Seed is great.

Seed is ok but it was nothing but a modernized ver. of the original UC era gundam. If only you had more annoying characters (gosh, 2 females leads that are nothing but fanservce and who could forget the Jesus Kira) Then Destiny came and DESTROYED IT after Ep 19. Destiny was a s*** of the s*** since the writer had brain cancer.
The only characters I liked from Seed/Destiny were Mu La Flaga and Rau Le Crueset. Athrun was somewhat tolerable, too.

I like that they are adding some of the cutscenes from DWG1 and it looks like the game play from DWG2

George D But they didn't gives us the remake/fusion of the GBA games, Gaiden or 2nd OG. Also, they could have released J overseas due to each series having already been released in the west, but then they'd have to pay some fees. Thank god for fan translations though...

No XBOX 360 version? More to the point, why is this not on next generation consoles as well?
You know, I've always felt slightly punished for buying a 360 instead of a PS3. XBOX 360 Gundam games: 4. PS3 Gundam games: 12. Ok sure, some of them aren't any good, but it's still a Gundam game I'll never own. Yet.
Seriously though, why is this not being released on PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 as well? It certainly looks good enough to be on a next generation console, and the 360 should be able to run this.
MrRikersBeard PS4, I do not know. XBOX is because Sony is Japanese, and almost all the good Gundam games never leave Japan because "they do not have the audience". Which sucks. Hard.

As nice as it is to see this getting localized I'm going to pass. I don't do digital only, I hope that at some point you guys release a retail version, other-wise I'm just going to import the game for a physical copy.

I'd implore you to reconsider because I seriously doubt this will ever get a physical copy, it was a stretch just getting it localised for digital.
Koyomi Araragi Honestly I just can't stand digital copies of a game. You can't turn around and sell them if you ever get extremely tired of it, you can't lend it off to a friend to try out, and if you're a collector like me then if you have a digital copy of a game and inevitably sometime down the road PSN and such won't be around anymore, so if I want to play the game at some point in the future, my system breaks and PSN is gone then I can't do anything with the game anymore because I won't have a way to replace it or play it anymore.
If it's a smaller game like an indie title, PS1/2 classics, Virtual Console titles ans the like then that doesn't bother me because I didn't have to put much money forth for them and if anything happened to them I can easily play them on my computer if I wanted too (I don't but if you can't get these games anymore or they cost a few hundred dollars it's a much more viable solution).
You can always import the physical copy from Europe considering the PS3 is region free.
MS14JG-2 I was considering either importing from Europe or Japan (Japan being the later if the European copy doesn't get a physical release. Japanese only doesn't bother me though because I know enough to get by in a game and being a Gundam game I know the general story of each series, and let's be honest we don't play the Dynasty Warriors Gundam games for the original story there lol.
***** i would go for Europe even though a lot of the menu is in english (i think it detects the region) most of the subs and important things are all in Japanese unless you know it very well or want to sit through a bunch of translation pages i would highly not recommend it

if i am not mistaken the song in the trailer is a version of crazy train by ozzy osbourne well at least part of the guitar riffs. just can't tell how it was remixed. sounds wonderful though. also BRING ON THE GOD GUNDAM!!!

Microsoft is an American company, Sony is Japanese. If you go back in game history you will notice in the past few years Dynasty Warrior games have only been released as the numbered installments rather than Xtreme Legends and Empires on the Xbox 360. All the anime inspired ones are doing the same. It is all because Xbox does NOT sell well in their country so they focus on their home system when they know the crowd is there. That's all there is to it. Basic business practices.

Hear it? I've experienced it! Whenever PSN gets a bit buggy, which it does from time to time, my PS3 will not launch Digital games. I imagine something similar would occur when PSN goes away entirely.

Agreed, I actually like the last DWG game. Granted as usual they could always do more with it then what they've done like add a vs. to the game like with the original ones we use to play on the ps1, but all in all this game is awesome and I love playing it.

Last Gundam game I played was for PS1, I didn't even know these things were still around.
What I notice something as the US Version only get the Download Version via PlayStation Store, but the EURO Version will get the Retail and Download Version I know this feel wield "sort-off" it better getting the retail version to save lots of space but it will pay the shipping cost if anyone wanted the retail version unless you stick with the Download Version (it was for me. The US Version it should have the retail version as well, seriously it unfair to other)
