Using resin and Lego was truly unexpected, at first I couldn't see how you could restore the bat because there wasn't any other parts other than the bat, I thought you just could only make a new one and that ain't fun. Honestly impressed by the art. thanks again for your amazing content my guy!
I saw the bat and thought “there is no way that will ever be safe to use again!” OK, but maybe the type,of use has changed now! Gorgeous work, as always!
Personal experience tip- when making a container for epoxy I like to wrap it with Tuck Tape, it's a red tape that's made to seal things watertight (ie house wrap and plastic) and has an epoxy based adhesive so it's really sticky and strong. That usually (so far for me always) prevents leaks like what happened to you the first try, which anyone who's had something like that happened can tell you will ruin a whole weekend.
I’d also add that it’s best to avoid hot glue entirely. When epoxy cures, it gets hot enough to weaken the glue, and can cause the walls to come apart.
Another great video. This looks like it was Negan's 'Lucille' bat from The Walking Dead. The watermelon-test was proof that Lucille was back. Good to see her getting work again. Not sure how Glen would feel.
I wasn't sure what this restoration would end up looking like but you gave us an extremely cool piece of art to look at in the end! Nicely done, and thank you as always for sharing the process 🎉
I miss your restoration videos, you haven’t been doing them in a while. I like watching you do restoring things. You do amazing work on your restorations.
Holy Rust, I missed not one but TWO TySY videos! I odn't know how it happened, but what a fantastic surprise! It's like when you put on a winter coat that's been in storage over the summer, and when you put your hand in the inside pocket, you find something you COMPLETELY forget about, like a $20 bill, or 2 TySy videos!
thank you for showing when you attempt to restore and mess up, honestly, it's like a lot of these channel only show perfection when it's more than just quick cuts.
How you can take trash and always turn it into a functional peice of art will never cees to amaze me. Thank you for the content and for saving so many items from the rubish pile.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! The Bat came out AWESOME💖 You always do an OUTSTANDING job, on your channel. I would like to make a request... I would LOVE to see a few more videos of restoring Dolls. You did one a couple of years ago, she was so dirty, but you cleaned her up and made her beautiful again.
Nice work. A small tip for making cylindrical casting forms…use toilet pipe or any other plastic drain pipes. They can be sealed with a cap and are cheap to buy. Saves messing with glue and acrylic. If you have a wood lathe, that will make it a bunch easier to work on. Cheers
Look at the little guy just like chilling in there!!!! I had no idea how you were going to pull this off but maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan that is so incredibly cuuuuute
im curious if you could drill into these bubbles and fill it back up with the same epoxy. ofcourse the sides of the hole have to be as smooth as possible
Great video, really cool idea using the lego figure, I liked that a lot. I don't even want to imagine what a pain it was cleaning all that resin up after the container broke 🥲
Great job! I’d love to know how long it takes you to complete some of these projects. I bet this one took a while! Also what are you going to do with the other pieces of the bat?
That was really cool what you did with the resin. I love seeing someone who doesn’t hide when the first plan doesn’t work. Keep up the awesome content.
I love your projects and I get that anything is content that people will watch, but as a baseball fan calling this one a 'restoration' is beyond even a stretch, lol. It will never perform even close to the original bat ever again as half resin 😂
Personally, I prefer "true" restoration videos, but Tysy's videos are of such high quality and creativity that its still become my second fav restoration channel. In this episode I especially love how Tysy's patented resin fill in allowed you to really see the damage/original item, and I hope they do more of that in the future, as I think its a fairly unique style of restoration (Its almost like those displays in museums where it has a cutaway showing the workings or the insides of an item).
I loved this, beautiful job, but I think you should have used the ten day curing resin again to eliminate the bubbles. And I think I'd have also put a few coats of clear lacquer on it too.
That is now a one of a kind baseball bat, just made one of the best brand even better with the Lego Man. That's one epic restoration and added more value to the baseball bat with a Lego figurine. Now that's a home run ( no pun intended).
I do so love my resin + mica powder. I use it all the time in my 3D prints. it's amazing. oh no!! the resin!! I do not envy you the clean up, my friend! before or after the watermelon :D thanks for the fun vid!

❤ Wait for restoration of watermelon 🍉
I DEMAND MORE TIME FOR 🐔 CHICKEN!!! He was barely in the video. Besides I have some questions: 1 what is his/her name? 2 what type of breed it is?
How do you pronounce your TH-cam name i always call you Tyson tube but I'm wondering if it is correct
This man can restore anything and it'll still be satisfying
Can he restore pixels
Can he restore his studio? Seems like there was a lot of damage to it during this project.
Yep!!
Agreed 100%
What about disneys reputation?

It's still not really restored. It's been remade into something else that is different from it's original intended use.
yes you are right by the way I am French
Great restoration! Also, thank you for sharing your chicken, that was lovely ❤

Можно было просто использовать силиконовый герметик или обычную прозрачную липкую ленту
I’d also add that it’s best to avoid hot glue entirely. When epoxy cures, it gets hot enough to weaken the glue, and can cause the walls to come apart.
not just a weekend, mine spilled and settles in the carpet, ruined the month it took to clean it
Another great video. This looks like it was Negan's 'Lucille' bat from The Walking Dead. The watermelon-test was proof that Lucille was back. Good to see her getting work again. Not sure how Glen would feel.
My first thought as well.
Exactly my thought and was hoping for some barbed wire. 😅
I wasn't sure what this restoration would end up looking like but you gave us an extremely cool piece of art to look at in the end! Nicely done, and thank you as always for sharing the process 🎉
Yes - but don't try to use it as a bat! If nothing else, you might get ejected .
Epoxy resin restorations are my absolute FAVORITE. They're so creative and fun to watch! I'd love to see more!
This turned out amazing! I too, like many others was skeptical of the lego man and resin, but you proved yet again that you are the restoration king!
Can you restore my marriage bro.. ?😢
Oh uh that went deeper than I expected…
For restoration process you need to send your wife to me, then I'll restore your marriage 😂
I’m sure he can. He just needs to find the right epoxy resin.
DANG BRO
😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😮😮😮😮
This guy is underrated he needs to get the respect he deserves
I miss your restoration videos, you haven’t been doing them in a while. I like watching you do restoring things. You do amazing work on your restorations.
After binge watching all of them that’s how i feel sometimes. I just expect there to be a few months give or take.
I wasn't sure what you were going to do with it when the video first started. I'm impressed, the bat came out looking great
Restore the spice kings toilet
The skillset of this guy is up and beyond. Restoring and also editing 👍⭐👍
Wow, thanks!
@TysyTube Is it possible to restore a game console but the whole outer shell is epoxy?
You are incredible! What a project! I love the little Lego man. Brilliant idea.

Glad you enjoyed it!😂😂😂😂
It made my day so much better knowing there’s a new video to be watched many times 🎉😊
Твои эксперименты с новыми материалами просто прекрасны 👍👍👍

Another MASTERPIECE from the MASTER! AWESOME job! The Lego figure was a surprisingly nice touch. You NEVER fail to amaze. Keep up the awesome work!
How you can take trash and always turn it into a functional peice of art will never cees to amaze me. Thank you for the content and for saving so many items from the rubish pile.
😂 You're becoming a very good film maker as well as a master of your craft!
Bravo. 😎
the chicken part is the best one so far>
What a phenomenal restoration! You've got some mad skills, Sir! 👍
Thank You ❤
This bar went from zombie apocalypse to a collectors item
Wow you’re a true artist !! Beautiful result, you’re a master at epoxy resin 🙌 And good luck with the cleaning 😅👍
😘
Your restoration videos are my favorites. I'm always looking forward to these! Thanks for uploading! ❤ I've watched all of your videos.
Missed you. Excellent job, Tysy. Wonderful work as usual.
Nice touch with the Lego. Did the bat feel balanced?
I am now imagining the Al Capone baseball bat scene from The Untouchables with this thing
The watermelon part reminded me of The Untouchables as well.
WILMA!!! You did an amazing job on that bat.
Nice work. A small tip for making cylindrical casting forms…use toilet pipe or any other plastic drain pipes. They can be sealed with a cap and are cheap to buy. Saves messing with glue and acrylic. If you have a wood lathe, that will make it a bunch easier to work on. Cheers
Wow 😮 great restoration
The goat looks amazing 😜😂
The resin was a great idea, and the bubbles kind of work with it too 😃
Thanks for the vid
Formidable job Tysy. You are a real mentor
Man, congrats for your creativity. Its amazing.
Tysy I've been following u for about 15 years now u do such great work we need som more videos ❤❤
awesome, because i only post videos from 2018
Incredible, I loved this restoration. Great job!
Look at the little guy just like chilling in there!!!! I had no idea how you were going to pull this off but maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan that is so incredibly cuuuuute
One month later: Tysy is still cleaning up watermelon 🍉
True
Fantastic work. That would make a great trophy or award for a Little League baseball player.
This worked out really well! An original idea executed with skill makes for a great video 🙂
Somebody give an applause for that chicken and give him an Oscar.
im curious if you could drill into these bubbles and fill it back up with the same epoxy. ofcourse the sides of the hole have to be as smooth as possible
The bubbles looked quite nice!
Unexpected restoration. Very entertaining :)
Great video, really cool idea using the lego figure, I liked that a lot.
I don't even want to imagine what a pain it was cleaning all that resin up after the container broke 🥲
You’re amazing, and so professional! Your restoration is always better than the original product😊
Thank you
Great job! I’d love to know how long it takes you to complete some of these projects. I bet this one took a while! Also what are you going to do with the other pieces of the bat?
Love all your work! I’ve been watching your stuff for approximately 10 years!!!
Omg he did a chin reveal
That was really cool what you did with the resin. I love seeing someone who doesn’t hide when the first plan doesn’t work. Keep up the awesome content.
Magnífico trabajo.
hands down tour best work yet the epoxy work is nuts😮

What a beautiful Baseball Bat !!!!
Wow, you did an amazing job restoring that crusty, rotten old bat! Hey, maybe you do something about my mother-in-law!
I love your projects and I get that anything is content that people will watch, but as a baseball fan calling this one a 'restoration' is beyond even a stretch, lol. It will never perform even close to the original bat ever again as half resin 😂
You haven't had a more demanding challenge in a long time
Dont you?
You will never know HOW MUCH I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ah man, that bubble! Still, probably one of my favourite restorations to date 🙂
I haven't been here for a long time. I was seriously ill. The renovation is very nice.
Using epoxy to repair the bat.Makes it look really cool!
Lovely restoration. Love what you did with the Lego figure. I believe that most of us want a cat update
Hello everyone from Armenia 🇦🇲
It's a great day when you drop a new vid, we truly appreciate the level of detail and hard work, thank you!
Your videos instil hope and peace in my soul

One of the most relaxing channels so far. Great restorations man 🙌🏻🙌🏻💯
I was expecting a bandsaw and lathe to get the shape right, but you made it work with a hand file and band saw!
I love the Lego baseball player!
Eta: Enjoy getting watermelon out of/off of everything!
😂
I feel the Lego figure detracts from the overall piece, which I love.
I'll miss the long videos but I guess a very short one is better than nothing, thank you!
Ok that's way cooler than I was expecting. Love it!
I liked the test! I also add cabbage, it's such fun!))) Great job!
I appreciate when you restore from a different point of view. Not everything made of wood needs to be restored by a carpenter.
I loved this, beautiful job, but I think you should have used the ten day curing resin again to eliminate the bubbles. And I think I'd have also put a few coats of clear lacquer on it too.
I loved the Restoration videos it's so satisfying to watch!!! Also, your a master of restoring things!!!

Honestly, I would pass out from boredom if I did this, but it must be extra satisfying with you doing it yourself
My whole squad watches your videos. Your work is amazing!
Literally so mesmerized by watching this man smash things with a baseball bat
I do so love my resin + mica powder. I use it all the time in my 3D prints. it's amazing. oh no!! the resin!! I do not envy you the clean up, my friend! before or after the watermelon :D thanks for the fun vid!
The before / after is really really cool 🤩👍
I've never seen anyone work resin without a lathe. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. Excuse me while I hit the subscribe button.
The lego was such an interesting and fun idea! Great work as always
Wonderful and beautiful restoration. I look forward to more videos!!!
Wow, that was a home run of a restoration!!!
Not expecting the strength of that bat! Nice work
What a work! you deserve all the likes and subscribes
The man is gifted period.
