Manpower I guess. I mean even with 4 people it took them 6 hours to open everything and then hour more to move those things. Imagine if they had one less person. It would probably push their exit time into late morning

He was probably just a normal guy who was a friend of him, and was asked to come along because they needed more to carry the money.

speedy shouldn't have become a thief if he can't control his guilt
he wasn't nervous about his guilt but nervous that they had all the evidence with them and didn't want them to be there and get rid of them as fast as possible

My word! What an AMAZING flaw - the Magnetic sensor plates can be removed from the OUTSIDE! Mean, leaving the key hanging free for all to grab is also quite disappointing in terms of security. GREAT episode! (Wonder how much of the flaw in de safe detail are a little over done to keep it spicy?)

Finding the original big key for the vault poorly protected makes it way too obvious. Clearly someone working in there fooled the into thinking they would get in and score big. Why else ask if it's possible?

Speaking as an engineer which deals in electromagnetism. I can say that the design of magnetic field lock was very lazy. If they only had a design that would measure the resistance and inductance of the load (being the door) this could all have been avoided. (this solution is very cheap and is used in regular induction hobs).
