Gracias, si no lo prácticas te recomiendo que lo hagas, yo tengo experiencia en Kung Fu y Boxeo, pero me quedo con el Aikido por lo terapéutico que es, además cuando ya entiendes lo efectivo que es en situaciones de defensa personal aprendes porque se hace lento y suave, ya que puedes explotarle el codo, muñeca u hombro a tu compañero, dejandole el miembro inútil si lo haces bruscamente, por eso el Katame-Waza es tan importante de sentir, prácticar y dominar. También que la velocidad solo se aplica cuando ya tienes algo de dominio y precisión.

If your name is Ueshiba, you've been constantly challenged including by your students, as so many people want to prove themselves against you. Even if it is not MMA, it is evident that Sensei is used to working with some resistance.
