My reboot would have the Howell's funding the other castaways to track down all the people who couldn't leave an anonymous note with the authorities (and eliminating them)
The Tyrannosaurus Rex that appeared on Gilligan's Island was from the Movie Dinosaurus. The Brontosaurus from that film also appeared in an episode of Twilight Zone. Actor Denny Miller played the Bogus Jungle Man in the Gilligan's Island episode. As you said he also played Tarzan in the film-Tarzan The Ape Man. Miller Guest Starred in numerous Television Shows in his Acting Career-Including episodes of The Incredible Hulk, Wonder Woman, and Buck Rogers. He was also a Football Player in Real Life.
I heard that Sherwood Schwartz kicked around the idea of a big screen movie of Gilligan's Island, with different actors. He allegedly wanted Rick Moranis to play Gilligan.
I think he's ok, the Honey I Shrunk the Kids movies were fun, but I don't think he would be my choice. I always see Gilligan as younger and able to run and climb and Moranis I don't think could do that even when he was young. Very interesting though.
❤❤❤ Interesting to note that the character Wrongway Feldman was based on a real person Wrongway Corrigan of Galveston Texas. He was forbidden by government restrictions from flying a certain direction but he flew off in his plane supposedly in the directed direction but he then claimed to have "lost his direction" and went there anyway! Interesting bio ! 😂😂😂
There's an nes game of it. With today's level of technology just imagine how incredible the new game of Gilligan's Island would be like. I'm thinking that Unreal Engine should be used to make the game remake
Japan already made a horror movie version of Gilligan's Island. It's called "Matango, Fungus of Terror". English title: "Attack of the Mushroom People".
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. This island is a new one in the Bermuda Triangle and these castaways are the children and grand children of the originals. In my thinking the families have would have stayed in close contact for decades.
Love your way of Gilligan's Island Mr Tvcrazyman. I think it would be cool if they make another movie of Gilligan's Island. If they can make a movie on Land of the Lost, they can do this one. Have a good one and until your next video ✌️ Mr Tvcrazyman.
Thanks for a great video, really enjoyed, hope you might do more. By the way,the giant spider seen on Gilligan's Island was seen on voyage to the bottom of the sea season 2 episode " the monsters web" ,and later that season on lost in space season1 episode " the keeper " part 2. In 1977 there was a short lived tv series with Roddy McDowell called " the fantastic journey" which took place on an island in the Bermuda Triangle and featured strange goings on,your Gilligan's island sequel reminded me .
Cool, I'm going to have to see if the Fantastic Journey is on TH-cam or on DVD. Roddy McDowell was a great actor on top of the fact I like the whole Bermuda Triangle angle.
You make a reboot sound worth watching! Also a little irrelevant, is it just me or not: I loved the TV Movies! Ginger wasn't as good without Tina, but other than that the movies were wonderful! Maybe more cheesy than the actual show, (and Mary Ann apparently had a fiance. Which she didn't in the series, hence the flirting with Gilligan...) and more plot holes, but I liked them! If I had to rank the movies it would be: The Castaways first, the Harlem Globetrotters second (which apparently many people dislike that one. I like it! Even if they couldn't have Jim, I loved the guy from Supermarket sweep as his son), and Rescue third. Though the movies made Gilligan a little bit... what's the word? Anyway, sorry for the ramble. Good ideas! If they actually pay attention the lore(+ more silly sci-fi stuff), I'd be interested.
Thanks, when I was a kid the Gilligan reunion movies were like almost as important as the Superman movie showings to me. Too bad they didn't bring it back as a regular series I would have watched them all back then. I wish they'd put those Gilligan movies on DVD. I have only found a cheap copy of the first one so far that isn't very clear.
Martin Landau and Barbara Bain(formerly from Space 1999) were the Bad Guys in the Third Gilligan's Island TV Movie. They wanted to take away the Island from the Castaways for some reason, And they even Created Robot Basketball Players so that they could Challenge Gilligan and The Harlem Globetrotters to a Game Over Ownership of The Island.
Considering todays technology of GPS and satellite imagery, the passengers and crew of the SS Minnow would be found and rescued within a matter of hours or a few short days. I'm not saying that this technology would save anyone from enigma of the Bermuda Triangle but I wouldn't want to put our beloved characters there where they don't stand a chance of possible rescue. It was always Gilligan's shenanigans, or in some cases everyone's, that the people of the SS Minnow were never rescued. The Bermuda Triangle would make their situation hopeless let alone Gilligan. If I were to try rebooting Gilligan's Island I wouldn't want to incorporate too much fantasy into it. I wouldn't want to turn it into Land of the Lost or The Fantastic Journey. Gilligans Island was great and funny because it was more down-to-Earth in the beginning with Gilligan always unintentionally ruining their rescue plans. I would leave the Minnow missing somewhere in the Pacific just as the original was. I'm sure most would remember Castaway with Tom Hanks. He was a missing island castaway for four years before his desperate attempt to rescue himself. No modern technology was able to find HIM. Consider THAT. Our castaways of the Minnow COULD, maybe, be placed in that same situation.
One question. How do the kids and grandkids all reunited get on THIS boat together on THIS cruise halfway across the world and an ocean away? 🤷🏼♂️🤓😎✌🏻
I used Leonard for image designs of the characters and Mini Max I think it's called, for the video creation. I might have had a couple from Runway. It seems to only create slow motion though. I seem to have to make a lot to get a scene that I actually want from any of them. I'm still learning though.
@@tvcrazyman Actually, slow motion sounds even better for my idea - I want to generate "a futuristic castle rises from underground through a crumbling ruin of a medieval castle" (inspired by the emergence of the new Castle of Lions in the anime Golion aka Voltron). Though I wouldn't be surprised if somebody else has already done one like that.
Clever and imaginative, but it kind of wears out its welcome. The island scenery is gorgeously done by AI, but the characters standing in front of it just smiling and waiting for a dinosaur to appear behind them didn't work out too well. I think there is another GILLIGAN'S ISLAND AI video very similar to this one with the island being haunted. It's an AI fake trailer.
Dancing monkeys...like the not dancing monkeys on the View...? How's THAT for political.... 😊 A new show might work. Just not with this mind altering A.I. that looks like it was done by H.A.L. 9000 on ACID! You mentioned these folks being the descendants of the original characters but make like nobody is RELATED! Perhaps you meant they did get rescued, the three movies except the opening of the very good first movie up until they start meeting up after there halabaloo of thier rescue dies down, never happens, and about 20 years later that white haired son on the skipper starts his own boat tour service, he meets up with Gilligan 'jr' or the third who got together with Mary Ann and had a daughter, plus and entirely NEW rich couple who enjoy slumming it(I have my own rather BRILLIANT explanation as to why the Howells bother with a small time operator like Skipper Grundy when they would probably own Thier own super yacht!!!), and maybe a young aspiring actress takes the tour for her first big role for an action sea going epic(but we know how all this will turn out!). A new Professor type joins the tour for weather control experiments at sea and BAM, there's your three our tour right there!😊 As for a 'jungle girl' who controls Dino's, maybe a velociraptor baby imprints on her and through it she controls certain other animals, but not all, hence the danger.
I wouldn't do a real show with A.I. it's just a poor man's way of creating video clips vs hiring a bunch of actors. A.I. isn't as smart and easy as people think it is either. You can tell it the simplest things and it will go wacky. I think you could this show without any relation to Gilligan's Island at all really, but I do like the idea of an existing fictional history for the characters.
I hope you all get a kick out of my latest video. I have been playing around with creating dinosaurs, giant monsters, and other effects.😀
Love it!
Crazy fun! Did the AI choose the fit of the bikinis? What an AI!

There's still the important question. Ginger or Mary Ann?
You can tell a lot about a guy when he answers that question
Always Mary Ann, I don't get how some would prefer ginger?
Both.
Here's a thot I've been liking for a while...
Tim Burton's "Gilligan's Island"
That might be interesting.
Love anything Gilligan's Island!

Very nice. Was hoping you would do a take on Ring Around Gilligan, with our Jungle Girl getting a ring as well.
There's an nes game of it. With today's level of technology just imagine how incredible the new game of Gilligan's Island would be like. I'm thinking that Unreal Engine should be used to make the game remake

I'd watch it religiously.
Really enjoyed this. How would you explain the castaways were eventually rescued and the island turned into a resort?

Better than the TBS Not-Survivor reality show. No really look it up.
Yeah, I remember that. I don't think I watched it though.
That looks, Awesome!!!
Thanks
@ YW
Your version certainty has some assets that the original series didn’t depict! :)
That's great how bout you do one on fantasy island as well and oh I know!? Do one on thriller night
Thanks, Fantasy Island is a good idea. Let me put some thought into it and see what I can come up with.
Oh wow this is awesome loved it very creative man so awesome
Thank you very much 😀
Your very welcome 😀
Good One!!
Thanks

I actually rewatched that Tom Hanks movie a while back. I found the DVD cheap at a bookstore. It's interesting for sure.
WOW great job producing / really amazing / not to mention those sexy gals !
Thanks
Neato!
One question. How do the kids and grandkids all reunited get on THIS boat together on THIS cruise halfway across the world and an ocean away? 🤷🏼♂️🤓😎✌🏻
Well, I figure that they have a family tradition of keeping in touch with one another, and probably get together once every couple of years.
I buy that for a dollar! Also comment for algorithm. 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks 😀
Do it! 😊
What app did you use for this?
Mini Max and Leonardo mostly.
@@tvcrazyman thank you.
Looks cool. I had a hunch from the start of the video that you were using AI generation, but I'm curious which site you used.
Gilligan's island was good except for Gilligan being so stupid. Gotta lose the stupid

Victorian era people get marooned on a modern era island in the bermuda triangle...

Well, I was king of hoping you wouldn't notice it starts with the same picture. I was trying to get it to use the same character design every time.
It is a pre-vis, not the actual show.
@@tvcrazyman It turned out well actually. I would love to be able to learn how to work with AI like this. It’s so creative and seemingly limitless.
@@ProfessorEchoMedia Thanks, I'm still learning myself. It takes a lot of time to get good stuff from it, but sometimes A.I. can be pretty amazing.
The romance would ruin it.
👍❤️

People have always said new stuff is political. How short our memories are.
Question, crazyman: If they all have descendants, and there are three unmarried men and two single women......how did they work that out?
I figured they all settled down after the last TV movie.
😮 Forget it. 😂
They did that for me? Is what I meant Sr
I love the AI women in there underwear of course I am a red blooded guy
Could do without the dinosaur angle but anything is better than another fake reality series!
