I don't know if this interests you Maladept, but your song inspired me to write a poem: I don't know where the problems began, or how far I've sank into this watery grave The tides, ensnaring their prey as the forlorn corpse constantly descends With every pull of the current, a reflection resurfaces and a memory was remade Twisting and turning the lie further written by the shell, the scribbles turn incomprehensible As if yearned by something more The ship in the past crashed amongst the waves, the abhorent god of the sea As if desired by benevolence only one was thrown overboard No muscle was moved, my body was null of fighting back, as expected of me Those who are shunned by the surface Are thrashed admist the horde Shadows emerge in this ocean, welcoming their new guest I was not reluctant to exchange words this time with feelings made abreast The beasts of the sea Saw right through the lies and found the real me On this descent into a clear death Every tale the denziens spoke on the land above Their eyes brightened white as they spoke thier lies I speak of them as not human beings Every one I had met, I grew more tired It didn't need to be painted to grasp their hive, how time flied The water at natures behest, catches all From toxin to mankind's own compost This shell was used far beyond redemption Sinking further and further into the beckoning maw Wrongs have fled, and the face has shown a booming expression Not wrought by a plunge beyond reckoning, a soul with no more aggression A number was depleted from that population But they never deemed that a failiure in copulation Every blood boiling in my veins, attaining peace Submerged to the ancestral plane
