As you mentioned in the video, the way they are with each other is really playful, blunt. So if his ego gets too high, he has his friends to bring him down to earth and almost “humble” him so he doesn’t do anything stupid.

a huge thing in the sidemen is them making it clear that none of them are the leader, they say it makes them stronger, as everyone has equal responsibility in the group. 👍
My favourite side men are Simon and Harry. Simon because I feel like his more sensible than the others and a quick thinker so I like it when they do challenges and Simons usually good at them XD While Harry to me reminds me of myself well the clumsiness and social awkwardness I sometimes see from him in videos XD
This was a great video, I was really invested in your observations of a group which I have been watching for around 8 to 9 years. I think you chose a perfect video to show why people like them, it was not a super high production video, it was just them being them with a basic concept to go off of. I would love to see you do more Sidemen videos, maybe watch an older one and a newer one to see how their dynamics and on screen presence has changed.

I think a good video for a reaction on how the sidemen speak is “Sidemen hottest wings challenge”. Its on their main challenge and is a parody of the hot ones show. Having a personal interview that is made a lot rawer due to the pain of the hot wings will really show their true personalities.
The reason why I watch the Sidemen is because of how natural they seem. There’s no forced relationships, no over the top acting. They’re just friends who make videos together.

The only thing you really got incorrect in this whole video was implying that JJ is the leader and talking about his "leadership qualities" where he actually shows the least amount of leadership qualities in the videos, this was just a one off thing of him promoting Side+ which he usually never does, so I don't blame you at all.
Ksi is always exhausted these days from the many businesses he runs so most times on "moresidemen"( a second channel to sidemen) he's just exhausted and low on energy. In some videos he still brings it but more times he's chill

They believe that not having a leader is what makes sidemen that great. No one is above any of the others. However, they do say that if there was a "leader" it would probably be Josh. Just because he takes alot of the more "adult/important" jobs when it cames to the sidemen.
