There’s honestly probably only like 10 or 15 people who are legit “pro wakeboarders” and can actually survive on their own. But for those of us who are lucky enough we have a board sponsor, boat sponsor, maybe a couple more like neoprene, energy or sunglass that pay us monthly salaries. I’d say about 90% of pro wakeboarders are funded by their parents. Those of us like me who aren’t trust fund babies will likely end up working labor jobs after their career. Lucky for me though I built this TH-cam channel for an alternate form of salary.
Must be nice. I haven't been able to see my board, lake or cottage since before Covid hit due to borders being closed. At the rate things are going, prob won't happen this year either.
