@LaDyShO26 all gospel/christian music r for the glorification of God! how many songs out there that has been sung by so many groups! if it wasnt for the God given talent no one would be able to write music! New Hope is just spreading the Word! Theyre not even claiming they wrote this song!!!! God bless!!! Stop the Hate please!!!
@Burnettgal i dont even know who writes the many songs and chorus' i sing at church! i bet you dont know either! all christian songs are written for the glorification of our Father!
@sharkka777 oh its judgemental for me to say STOP HATIN and not for you to judge new hope??? i dont go to peace chapel either and i dont know any of the new hope members but i do know that GOD appreciates both versions the owners and the admirers of this song!!!
@sharkka777 FYI those were ur words!!! wat u dont kno wat youre sayin???? i was jus repeating your own words!!! you yourself said that u dont mean to hate!!!! SO STOP HATING!!!
@sammeaole ... etc. WEll then, out of the goodness of Peace Chapel's heart, and their utmost love for Jesus, they have demonstrated what being true followers of Christ is. To forgive those who have done them wrong. Good on them. And hopefully, God through His goodness and His forgiveness, wants people to NEXT time ADMIT their wrong and not make the same mistakes again, aye. Get my drift?
@sharkka777 drift on down haters avenue...how do you know that peace chapel have any ill will against new hope??? r u god? i am sure peace chapel is proud to be the originals and creator of this song knowing that one day this song will draw someone closer to the Lord!

@thegonexion they didnt steal it...a group from the states after returning from Samoa came to American Samoa and taught the song to one of the high schools here.....A student that goes to that school taught it to New Hope....Then they sang it....Okay? Making the song just another chorus. If however you or Peace Chapel wanted the song copyrighted to yourselves. then you should'nt have taught the song at all until your CD came out...
It sounds really nice, its just that it kind of looks like your mouthing it. No offence, other than that it sounds really nice and i even subscribed to you guys
@LaDyShO26 right on. I'm seeing truth hurts here. It's amazing how people react to FACTS (Truth) and start critizing without knowing what they're talking about! It's amazing! I love what this video has created! Hahaha!
@sharkka777 i understand what the worlwideweb is...i jus dont understand y you dissing the usos when all theyre doin is praising God thru music...all i said was stop hatin...nothing judgemental about that...n FYI i dont c anything that suggests new hope calimed this to b thier song...only the haters are!!!
Singing harmony to this song is quite challenging so I give y'all props. Sounds great! Just bring the vokalz out more :) kinda sounds like it's only 2-part harmony sometimes hehe.. but all in all MANUIA OTOU UMA :) VIIA LE ATUA!
@thegonexion - just helping a true christian out with the lyrics. what's your problem? maybe if you'll just take the time to listen and take in the words, then you'll gain victory yourself over the devil's whispering that's pushing you to comment crap about the song. Youve made your point! what more you want? A le kaea ai isi Samoa o le kaumafai o isi Samoa e faaleaga. Be a christian for once and support the poor lads......they might not know wat the heck you're saying on here.
@prettylilteine85 Please stop with all this mess. I heard great things about this song, so I came here to check it out. Not for the artistry, but for the ministry. Regardless of who sang it first, the only thing that should matter is that the song ministers. I'm pretty sure whoever the original singers are, minister this song very well. By posting such comments here, you ruined atmosphere of praise. You're putting law over religion. Please stop, and let people listen and enjoy. God bless.
@sharkka777 nobody is judging you...youre the one doin the judging by dissin these guys...so please like i sed before do the world a favor and STOP the HATE coz its all over your comments!!!
@sammeaole ... etc. Again I pointed out that that means plain 'ignorance'. Most people actually DO know their songwriters are in church. It's important. Though its not that we worship the songwriters but we acknowledge the anointing God has on them to write, then convert their expressions into melodies and we receive the end of it where we are blessed with their songs to affirm / express our deepest longing, or love, faith, joy, hardships before God's presence & acceptance of the Cross...
@sammeaole firstly i never asked you to be God to judge me or anyone else here. Of course I am open to your opinion and do I necessarily have to agree with it? No. Do I force you to agree wtih mine? Again, no. Ha! How this video is creating such debate and its so much fun to see how defensive people can be when they KNOW the thruth and DON'T ADMIT to it. May I point out that I, for one thing, DID admit that I "dont mean to hate", in my previous comments. What about you? Are you...
and I still stand on what I said about the musical arrangement for this song. I truly want that person whoever did it fired. LOL. But the guys sang it well. Even though those harmonies are VERY SIMILAR to the ORIGINAL version by Peace Chapel :)
