I like this idea of sharing house plan. Please make a video on 25×50ft plot size At the ground flour 1 bedroom with attach washroom, drawing, dining, powder room and kitchen. Make another video on same plot size with a double height lobby concept.

There is one big mistake. Kitchen window should always in purch area. because normally in our society woman stay at house. It is for safety purpose, so that she can see easily who is coming from outside when she is busy in kitchen.

Your point is valid but in 5 marla such kind of design is not viable, usually we can provide kitchen in front side window to porch in atleast 10 Marla....

I read that according to LDA laws for construction, max ground coverage for 5 marla is 75%, lekin ye I think zada hai 75% se, to is se koi masla to nh hota? safari garden society hai, mene wha bnwana hai or mje iski smjh nh i. Can you please explain a bit?

koe masla nahi hota.....ya baat theek ha ka LDA byelaws ka according 75% allowed ha but Houses ma LDA ziyada sakhti nahi krta app kr sakty hn
