- Dan’s first 4x4 experience was in an 80 series, and so his love for the Landcruiser was born. Ever since, he’s had a passion for working on cars and has engineered this beauty to go virtually anywhere. Reckon there’s a track this 80 couldn’t tackle? Tell us in the comments below - who knows, Dan might give it a go!
you should call it 80 shades of grey
fr he missed a golden opportunity..
80 Series. Legendary. Top job mate on taking something good and making it excellent. 🍻
May the Man above bless you. This is the right way to live.
What a legend nothing was hard it was all just enjoyable and that’s how you learn!! 🍻🍻
Really good build! Impressive articulation.
Just a good bloke good story great love of his truck the outdoors 4x4 and his family and what a good thing.
Wish I was a third that smart with cars..unbelievable angles that was something else 👍👍
Lift isn't as important as articulation, that's my experience. This truck has some serious front end articulation! Would love to se the tech behind that in a little more detail. Any more info on that somewhere?

Nice rig buddy.
Nice work had a 60 for many year now getting a troopy back on the road after 5yrs sitting can't wait to see how it goes ( nearly there) I've only driven it once ( driving it home after purchasing) it was a challenge with a broken rear diff & stuffed swivel bearings
Very nice

Which of these mods need to be signed off by and engineer and did you need to do a lane change test? Genuinely interested how people go over 3 inch lift.
I had a 5 inch lifted 80 on 37’s. Didn’t get it engineered, I just drove it and prayed I wouldn’t get pulled over. That’s how most do it aswell.
I had a 3 inch lifted gq with 37's, as a rule, if you don't drive like a dick on the road the cops aren't that interested. Well thats my experience anyway
