I'm not a man but I love the industrial style. It's pretty much all over my house though there are a few almost feminine touches (warm fairy lights etc).
I like industrial design and raw elements. Also, I'm a woman with feminine appearance and clothes. However, in my opinion well designed spaces are always a combination of at least 3-4 styles to make it personal, lived in and not like a showroom.
My space does not have unfinished wood, steel, brick, concrete, etc as is, but since I love this look I'm adding a peel and stick brick and concrete textured backsplash/wallpaper to some spaces, getting leather furniture, and darkening my cabinets with black contact paper. Dark, leather, wood bar table, etc. So it's possible to achieve the look even if you don't have an industrial space naturally.
I wouldn't use "masculine" and "feminine" as adjectives to describe style nowadays, tbh. I am a woman and identity as one, and my apartment has everything you described in here, the only difference being I'm more of a minimalist. It's a bit archaic to believe that we can apply gender to style; hell, some even believe that you can't apply gender to people (despite their biology), which is why we have terms like gender identity. You can be a man and heavily dislike industrial, sleek, sophisticated designs and be a woman and dislike bright, elegant, stylish and cute designs. It's all about preference and has nothing to do with gender. Just an opinion, have a great day and all the best in the new year! 😊

Of course there is! You can add an accent wall to a room. For example, if you have 4 white walls in a room, choose one of the walls to paint black or dark grey. An art/photo collage would also be great for a wall. Use wood, copper, or bronze picture frames for an interesting touch. You could also add trim or framing to a wall (shadow boxes or railings)

There are actually buildings and homes which are still constructed with exposed brick and concrete on purpose. If you don't have any of these elements, just bring them in from the outside (wallpapers, faux bricks, etc) And you can of course incorporate rustic material furniture of any kind to pull it together.
I have a studio apartment, concrete floors, high ceilings, steel pipe door light before opening the door to go in, but it has a modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite top. Not sure if I could pull the look off with those clashing, unless I were to put my records on display in my kitchen cabinets (which are open) and maybe drinks above the cabinets (extra space with the high ceiling) just to give it an edgier look.
I think you're on the right track. Add decor which have a rustic and industrial nature to them, then start placing them in the kitchen. If the decor items in your kitchen are in harmony with the way you design the rest of your studio, you should be good to go!
