Ive noticed that her longshot timer immediately starts counting down as soon as she initiates it (different to arbiter cool-down whereby it only starts when the explosion actually happens). So sometimes if you react late but still succeed to interrupt her longshot with arbiter ability, you won’t be able to do it again the next time she longshots if she does a light attack. But yeah arbiter just basically substitutes as a shove for her longshot which is convenient
