Very impressive Quality Improvement Work! Just curious how do you sustain the IP on this?

"Reduced foam" is something you won't be selling a lot in Germany. We like our beer head here :).

Then Germany doesn't deserve beer. Head is garbage.

Actually bear head is important for a number of reasons.
A lack of head could mean that the glass is dirty or there is left over soap residue on the glass which will affect the taste of the beer. It could also indicate that beer has lost it's carbonation in storage (badly sealed bottles / kegs for example), which allows beer to oxidise or be infected by bacteria. Or you just get the beer that was forgotton by staff for an hour or two.
A good beer head releases a lot of aromas. And with your smell being an important part of your taste you don't wont to skip that part. Unless you don't drink beer to enjoy the taste, but just to get drunk.
The mouthfeel of a stout without it's thick and silky head is just plain boring.

I respect your opinion, but 1 finger of head is plenty for an entire beer. I've seen people have 3+ fingers of head on a beer and it's just disgusting.

I think if you tweak the rate of flow it could put a little more head on it if you prefer it that way
