I'm really looking forward to playing the different scenarios, rather than just playing a fight to the death every game.
I think this is an excellent addition to the Causal X Wing Community. Makes the game (officially) more open to casual play and dynamic scenarios. props to ffg.
I need to find a large group of people to play with before I get this expansion.

5:30 I have built a DIY Capital ship that is over 5 feet long its mostly Cardboard but painted and I am hoping to use it as a whole “capital ship encounter” where ships will have to disable the various sections. Those Turrets are super cool they would be cool little point defense cannons by the scale

I would love an expansion that just consisted of different scenarios and/or campaigns. That would be so much fun!

I am excited about games over 1000 points. I want to build one over 1500 a side, but only 2 or 4 players. a whole weekend of combat and tactics.

First.... excellent......hey I'm a bit concerned my local gaming store seems to be a bit lacking with the X-Wing stuff. I know some players were complaining about the conversion kits but what gives?? Hey crabbok, what store do you game at?? I live in Osceola county central Florida. We got several stores but they're kinda dwindling with the X-Wing minis. Any issues at your store?? Great video btw! Insightful as always!

question, how to work points now with 2.5 rules?
Do wingmates have to be generic pilots, or can they be unique? Cause I built a wing with Vader, Mauler, and Inferno Squadron. Really looking forward to having that on the board.
I have a feeling that epic will go down the similar route as magic the gathering’s commander of being really popular but not the most supported for a few years.
I keep trying to decide between X-Wing or Armada(just not enough $$$ to do both) and FFG makes it so difficult! LOL
What is the total points cost for creating your own custom an epic battle list? Ie, standard points are 200, but 1v1 epic..?

6:40 can't run K-wings in a Wing. VWL is restricted to Small Ships. So no K-wings, or Arcs.
Bah good catch - I still had 1.0 on the brain, where they were small.
I just play Xwing enough for Epic, let alone Huge... I am liking the sponsor tho
