Wow - that Class B has more kitchen counter space than my travel trailer without even taking into account those Lagun table mounts plus that counter extension behind the driver's seat. This is a really well thought-through van!

Great video! You two are real pitchwomen. Sadly, Ron Popeil passed away yesterday and we need someone to take his place (hint). I am a single traveler - 6'1" in height - and I wish the companies would pay attention to having a floorplan that would provide just one bed made for a taller side-sleeper (arms extended outward require more width). For me, the second bed always seems to take up room that could be better used for storage. In RV reviews, it would be nice to hear about the ease and functionality of temporarily removing the second-person portion of the bed. Happy travels!
Agreed on all accounts. I'm a side-sleeper the same height as you, and I also like additional head room for extra pillows, etc. I'd much rather have one big bed than two smaller ones.
I came to see the van, but I have to admit, I finished this video and immediately went through the description in "Show More," hoping these two had a TH-cam channel. I would've totally loved to be a subscriber! They presented their Travato so well!!

Is there a splash guard device? It seems the cooktop is too close to the front seat. I'm imagining oil or sauce splashing and staining the driver seat.

Definitely the KL for us…feels more open. When you hook up a water hose at the rear, I didn’t see a “port hole” for the hose to come in to, unless you have to leave one of the rear doors ajar? Please advise. Thanks.
Excellent walk through! How do you keep your doors from slide back and forth while driving? Just purchased my 22 KL last week, the drive home was pretty loud.
The water center seems a little more difficult to access that exterior ports. Does the new water center allow gravity feed for water from a container. Also, we store our leveling blocks, water hose, and electric cable where it appears that the water center is located.

Finally somebody besides me thought about fire egress out the rear doors but it is needed far more when there is a rear bed right up against the door. Is it there because the cabinet on passenger side blocks the handle?
That cooktop is why I’m leaning towards this van.

Do the twin beds have a dual use as a passenger seat with seat belts? I like this layout well if it had the passenger seats available on one side! My wife and I use our Navion as a travel vehicle only but we have all the cabinets and kitchen area we really don’t use! We used to have a A Class we would stay in RV Parks for years and loved it!
Is the heat still propane or gas fueled?

Winnebago designer, please please, adopt the 20K floorplan Thor is using in the Tellaro/Sequence. It is a great floorplan and the missing link in the Travato line. There is a lounge area just as you come in, nice for hanging out. It has a large refrigerator (come on K designers, people shouldn't have to crawl around on the floor to access fridge), and the galley and fridge are near the back, and it has the larger bathroom across the back. It is a great layout! The best features of the K (larger bathroom and more airy and roomy) and of the G, a lounge area in the front. Countertop space for days! The only drawback is how cheaply made they are. If you combined this great floorplan with Winnebago quality it would be a home run! The bed is a pull-out but still pretty simple to do. Keeping the galley and fridge toward the back makes so much sense, leaves the forward living area open. And please. Why the cooktop right next to the beautiful white captain's chair? Putting it in the back gives it a splash guard area and keeps it further from all the furniture. I hope someone is listening, someone at Thor thought outside the box and it's such a nice layout.

If you were to stay at an RV park and you want to use their water supply where do you hook it up?
You will need to open the passenger side door, use the Power Fill feature to fill your fresh water tank, then close the door. No exterior "City Water" connection.
@@davesdiversions8078 This looks like it would be a hassle. All RV's should have exterior water hookups.
Are the small water tanks a problem for anyone?

Are there no outside city water hookup if your at a campsite. How does that work? Have never seen complete inside water station!

Love the updates. Question regarding water hookups moves to rear. Is there an opening below door to feed water line? Or do doors have to be opened?
Update: I found out you DO need to have door open to fill water and connect Cable. This doesn’t work for me.

Hi Joseph. The Travato 59KL and 59K both come with a microwave/convection oven with touch controls.

This is a fantastic walkthrough. I'm liking most of the changes. I want to know about the rearview camera/mirror (if available) and also if the interior shower height was reduced as it seems to have been in the G model.
Is this a four season camper?

It was in the galley, under the sink. It’s tiny. We love our huge G model fridge. 😉
I noticed that they deleted the cable and hose storage on the rear right. It makes sense to not mount $29 speakers in the side of $140,000 van. We have a 2019 59k and love it but we got it before prices skyrocketed. Yesterday I looked at a new 59G and I have to say the quality had dropped significantly. The light wood cabinets were worse than what you would find at the Walmart. I was not impressed. Fortunately there are a lot of competitors with better quality and warranty.
Agree, The Ram chassis and components with Lithium is still about an $80K van on the gracious side, certainly not $150K Plus. But if people will buy at that price, oh well...

We need a 4WD all terrain tires and suspensions Travato. It will be the Graal of all Rv. Please keep it on a RAM or Ford platform for price.

Yes, convection microwave.
This rig screams for a rear mounted spare tire like the old Nissan Pathfinders on a swing out carrier. Why this is not offered keeps me from replacing the Travato I already own.
To not have a spare tire is a huge drawback for the Class B rigs.

That is really far from a complete walkthrough, though it is only six minutes long.
2019 model is far superior imo. This floor plan is terrible in comparison. Also, the removal of the exterior rear light and speakers, HUGE mistake. The induction single burner cooktop, also terrible in comparison
Noel's hair is very distracting. It looks like a Dairy Queen ice cream cone!
Listening to the voice of the customer is overrated. better to hire the most innovative designers to invent clever new things. Apple Computer wouldn’t exist if they relied on customers to figure out what they need or want.

Innovative? No, BEYOND STUPID. If i want to hook city water up OR watch cable TV I have to leave the rear door open. Time to fire some people. Looks like i'll be buyin a coachmen 20rb. Apparently they hire smarter people.
No toy storage at all .. bikes with any value will get quickly stolen off the external racks. Winnebago Solis design is better
Indeed. But not all of us have or ride bikes anymore! The G would be better as you can put your bikes inside if necessary.
