- Probably the most refreshing thing about this transfer window is the quickness that we seem to be moving with. Deals are getting worked on, on multiple fronts. Currently it looks like there’s three or four deals being seriously negotiated, and that’s the kind of process that we’ve cried out for, for years. INEOS are serious. Today, it’s time to look at INEOS’ wishlist. We’ll look at their behaviour so far and try to pinpoint our next realistic targets under Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s regime. The deals for Zirkzee and De Ligt are at an advanced stage, so for the sake of making it interesting we’ll take them off the wish list for now. Let’s add some different names in there today that INEOS would love to bring in. Here’s INEOS’ £200m wishlist...

Ugarte would be a key signing given his profile and style of play alongside Mainoo. A deal involving a loan with an option would be sensational.
A left back is so important given injury issues. I really liked watching Kadioglu and he can play both sides.
Agreed Ste, we need to stack positions, like citeh....we need to effectively have 2-3 first team alternatives to be really competing at all fronts
i see the graphics for this video have a right back as out going... but i dont see who . because Dalot can't leave... he is wanted here and Arron is a very useful player to have.. i assume this is about selling him well you will then have to replace his world class defending 1v1. In my view we would not win the 2 trophies we have without him.
against a Newcastle last yr St maximan was going to destroy United until Wan pocketed him. this yr against City Doku was going to do the same but Wan again stopped him. in the modern game 1v1 specialists are very useful and this one is world-class at it... he can't be sold

I think Zirkzee will be a good player for us, but Toney is ice cold and would have been a player we can rely on out of the box we needed more goals last year and that's what Toney does! Still, I am not disappointed. I think we could even play with Zirkzee at 10, Rasums at 9 and Bruno on the right or as Zirkzee as a player to offer something else in games or even Bruno playing deeper. I would love us to get De Ligt and Ugarte next 😁

Now that Oliseh is not possible what are people's thoughts on Raphina? Rumored to want to leave Barca, Barca are desperate for money so a good deal might be doable. Maybe a swap with inflated prices for PSR room lol. His stats are still very good, gives you a left footed set piece taker and prem proven.
Really intrigued to see if Sancho is in the preseason squad. Maybe things have been fixed behind closed doors? Does anyone know if he’s been training?
I would still prefer we sell him even if the issue's resolved, can't afford another meltdown mid season. He's never performed even two consecutive games, the performance isn't close to worth the baggage.
With a legacy rumour of Rashford to PSG and him not being at his best sellable, I wonder if that could help an Ugarte deal? I realize swaps rarely occur, but it’s a solution to problems.
Think some people are confusing your feelings on a player, who you might not rate, as us being the same club. Just because Ste doesn't rate him doesn't mean the club are wrong about wanting him, but also doesn't mean he'll be a success if he comes. Everyone should just keep an open mind at least
Could it be that United change to a 3421 or 343 (false 9) formation considering all these defenders possibly coming to the club?

Yea Shaw is good, but shaw is now injury prone like Martial. So we need to be moving him on.
Toney would be an immense signing but I think bringing him in means Rasmus will lose A LOT of game time.
I feel like the only other signings we are gonna see are De Ligt (around 50), Ugarte (Around 45).
Although, I don't understand why De Ligt would a very good salary, Champions League and almost garunteed Bundesliga trophy would want to join us (whom he rejected twice)

would be a great window i reckon, about 200m stretched across 3-5 seasons, might be doable with sales and if we can convince the players.
I know theres no talk of Maatsen but reckon hes class for 35m, dunno we’ll see, Hancko also a good option maybe Kerkez or cheap Regulion to save cash.

Yoro bid is in euros. So that is £42m, not £50m.
Likewise with De Ligt, the figure is in Euros. So in sterling, that is £35m.
That's a £16m difference.
I have a feeling that Ten Hag wants to start playing 2 strikers up front. Well let’s see how this turns out.

Unless we're going for a 2 striker system, I don't think we will or should be signing two strikers.

Rabiot would demand to start. He's not the best we can get at DM though so it would be a problem
unpopular opinion but I would prefer Dalot as backup, not starting xi. Not the most crucial position right now but it won't hurt to scout some options

I like Kardioglu for the LB. Branthwaite, Ugarte and Amrabat on loan would be ideal.

Amrabat isn’t good enough. MUFC scouts didn’t fancy him and he was only signed because ETH wanted him and circumstances around spending limits.

I think Toney is unnecessary since we already have 2 good young guys up top, and Branthwaite is overpriced. I’d rather them use the money for both of those guys to get another LB and work on the next CAM to take over for Bruno.
I think we might be switching to a 3-5-2 with the amount of center backs and strikers we’re linked to Branthwaite-martinez- deligt, Luke Shaw and Dalot as wingbacks maybe even convert garnacho to a wingback role. Mainoo and ugarte as 6/8s Bruno zirkzee and hojlund up top. Obviously I’m not sure but just my guess
@@mikejames56810I think it's just about depth, a 3-5-2 formation would mean Rashy, Garna, Amad and Antony would be competing for only 2 spots which would already be taken by Hojlund and Zirkzee, don't see it happening

You who have watched him play please enlighten us on what you discovered. Because I'm sure Everton are renowned for their amazing high line, and you must have learned a lot from watching what he offers them when they play it.

Ps: Ruud hardly played a high line at PSV either. They were not a high pressing team requiring a high line, they actually deployed a midblock more often than not.
Ugarte is not enough if utd sell Casemiro, Mctom and Eriksen. We would need at least two more midfielders
im not sure we need another 8, bruno, mount, sancho, kobbie , mctomminey van all do that role

completely agree. Zirkzee, De Ligt worry me. Both been to lots of clubs and quickly been moved on. Neither are starters in a very average Netherlands team. FFS Koeman would sooner play Depay and Weghorst before Zirkzee. That tells you something.

Neves is too expensive and the wrong profile along Mainoo.
