Yeah, totally agree with queuing as a tank. Just be prepared to taunt as a minimum and don't que for Veteran unless actually prepared to be a real tank.
Yeah absolutely this is my favourite. I've stopped making training wheels i mean gears for my alts now every 5 lvls and let them dive into dungeons and wear whatever they get from there. It maybe 2 pieces of tormentor and 3 pieces of dreugh king slayer impen I don't care. Also when my levelled toons get into a dungeon with other players levelling toon I try to offer them a full experience rather than just a speed run.
Another note on tanking: if you are building a toon dedicated to tanking PVE, might wanna consider grinding for the Turning Tide set that drops in Shipwright’s Regret. It may take several runs but you will get it. Turning Tide is one of the staple armor sets for tanks, so might as well get it. As you get further along, you may eventually consider getting trial gear from Dreadsail Reef like Pearlescent Ward. And as for training gear: Heartland Conqueror for your weapons and jewelry if you can, and Adept Rider for the clothing pieces. You will want the Major Expedition and mount speed passive for those baby toons.
if its not vet, queue as a healer while a dps. healing isnt really needed in this mmo until late game. every class has access to its own healing early on.
That's honestly really good advice and exactly how I got my alts levelled. Also quick question but could you tell me what armor you're rocking? I've been trying to find something similar.
Of course! I'm using the Thane of Falkreath motifs you can purchase in Cyrodiil with AP from the War Researchers. Sword is Old Orsinium and Bow/Shield should be Crimson Oath.
dude i get so many fake tanks that dont even run in, they just sit there behind everyone waiting for anyone else to do anything and theyre always full ranged. its so awful, if someone queues for tank and they bear minimum run in first its such an upgrade from these masses of entitled people that just want a fast queue.
I tend to agree, especially because it doesn't require much effort at all to at least bring a taunt. Of course, I don't think there's anything in-game that explains this - should at least be a pop-up or warning when you swap to tank for queue.

No joke this method made the game 10x more enjoyable thank you so much 🙏
Daily random normal with 150% xp boost during xp boost week will get you close to 1million xp or more

This is also a great way to stock up on transmute crystals if you have the undaunted unlocked already
Great guide!

You can choose tank or healer
They really need to buff story quest rewards.
Yesss bro, and and a veteran mode or something to them. How can we get this message to ZOS?
