That mini skid is great for bringing the logs higher and saving your back. I do a lot of firewood and although your bar may be bent, if the chain is sharpened unevenly it causes it to cut one way or the other causing it to be angled and binds the bar. I believe the 391 is suggested to have a 20" as you mentioned so 25 may be too much for it. Make sure you turn your bar over on occasion too to even out the wear. I try to do that on every 3rd sharpening or sooner if I am working on some large stuff. Keep up the good work.
Id suggest on getting a moisture meter, that way you know if your wood is dry and ready to burn wood(below 20% moisture) or green. Typically wood doesn't dry very well in log form especially if it has been on laying on the ground, even if it has been cut down for over a year. Then you know what you have and can maximize your profits. Also when you sharpen your chains, you need to file the rakers or depth gauges as well to the tooth that it goes with. That way it cuts straight. Along with making sure you bar is dressed properly and the rails are flat with each other. If you keep cutting with your saw it will heat up and get hot which will ruin the clutch , sprocket, oiler, and potentially the whole saw. I've seen it done before.

Sometimes when you sawing real dry wood the tip of your saw bar will get packed up with saw dust and chips. If about every 5 or 10 minutes just blow the end of it out by just pressing the gas bottom so the saw is blowing it out. It will help out a bunch.
You need to get yourself a harbor freight “cargo unloader” it’s their version of the “load handler” and it only cost $45. You could unload wood from your truck bed in 2 minutes or less. Time is $$. Keep up the grinding, hope the baby and your wife are doing well.
Remember to keep that chain sharp. You’re throwing sawdust , not chips . Sawdust will build up around the sprocket which affects the chain. It is good to see your improvements as you go along.
The reason you might be cutting a circle is your chain teeth are at different angles and that chain is dull you can see it no chips just saw dust. So your bar is probably not bent. Look at the right side teeth and then look at the left side teeth bet they are at different angles
