It was really enjoyable to hear these two great historians discussing such a intimate as Gandhi, clearing up his views on races, his wife, & his eldest son. The way Dr.Guha says that no where in the world has a leader done so much for its people as was humanly possible. I could say that in today's scenario he was a SUPERMAN. And when the BJP held it's rallies in the Victoria Memorial in 2021 Bengal elections, it's rabid members shouting Jai Sri Ram trying to be spoilsports, this literary festival seems to be held at the Victoria Memorial, look at it decency. This is difference between a bully, boorish part of BJP.

Although Ram Guha's work is primarily based on Gandhi, I always feel that he is not the right person to ask for a 360 degree view on Gandhi. The essence of the discussion was more along the line of how Bengal conflicted with a great soul, the Mahatma. I would have been more interested to know about Gandhi's interaction and opinion on and with S.N. Roy , Rashbehari Bose and the Amritbazar group.

Gopal Krishna Gandhi was one of that person whom should we can blame moving out TATA Nano from West Bengal . He supported that lunatic lady CM of Bengal during that agitation which ultimatey compelled TATA to pullout the Nabo factory from West Bengal.

Was it the honourable Gopalkrishna Gandhi, who helped Mamata Banerjee to remove the the Fatso Tata company ( Nano) great contribution by him. Such movements will help in keeping the strangle hold of big fat industrial complex out.

Gandhi was a British agent along with Jinnah and Ambedkar.
In 1934-35 when Jinnah was in London, British offered him the position of a British agent; Jinnah would get a massive amount of money and the British would support his demand for Pakistan, where the British Army and civilian officers could stay in case the British got to leave India. Both Gandhi-Nehru-Patel and Ambedkar also became British agent, although they became British agents long before Jinnah. Gandhi used to expel anyone who demanded freedom from the British. Ambedkar was pro-British to start with.
Read the book written by NK Sarila, the ADC of the last three Vice-Roys of India. British were determined to create Pakistan so that the USSR could not enter the Middle East.

So you made the history after reading NK Sarila lol....i have been reading almost 10-15 books about Gandhji and Indian freedom struggle movement in last 4-5 years but never made a conclusion to say Gandhi and Ambedkar was British agent. I don't care who the hell was Jinnah but do more research before making any foolish comment just reading a book what BJP goverment is making fool in the name of Hinduism.
