Sorry, this wall of text, it just kept growing... my CAD admin can't or won't answer these questions.
In the first model, how do you have the 3X in the dim 8.1 and the 2X in the dim 5? Is it just text, a named pattern dim parameter in dim text, or driven by standard hole table with note pattern_num? I ask cause if the number of holes changes you have to then go back into the dimension and change the number if it's just text.
Using a pattern of a general hole in 1 direction, axis, table or dimension a parameter &P# is created that can be called in dim text. But if a 2nd direction is used the number of holes is split or if using by sketch, by fill, or by curve a useful parameter is not created.
And I can't figure out how to get the DRF to be attached as shown when using the automatic note from standard threaded/thru holes. The default automatic standard note from the hole_table would be great if formatted better for all options in the hole feature, and we have a table for custom holes we use but they're not much better, but I digress.
I'm using Creo 4.0 M090 with the ANSI std. When I attach the DRF to the note created from the standard hole, the leader changes from attached at the end or beginning of the top line to be under the dim and the DRF to be all the way to the left/right of the dim text and i can't change it back.
Also, it looks like you have the holes as a single removing extrude and not using the hole feature and pattern. Do you have a reason to use an extrude over the hole feature? A pattern of a simple hole can use the Identical/variable option for processing/regen improvements. Can this be achieved with the extrude or is it considered a single feature; therefore easy? Also why can't the Identical/variable option be set with standard holes for the same improvement?
Also, the dimension witness lines and centerlines created from the axis. Is there a way to automatically set the offset of the witness lines from the centerline? There's the witness_line_offset that will change the offset from the feature edge or center of hole. Not offset from centerline for axis. What's the thought of having the witness line over the centerline?

Hi, I work in the design industry and manage the lot of design work. I just want to know that, can we make hole coordinate table in assembly? If yes, please make a video on it.
    Thanks
