Hi guys so sorry to hear about your disaster, like you have not been through enough already. Hope its not going to be a big job to fix, if and when you change your van maybe consider blown heating instead we have always had it and never had any problems.

Rob and Lynn, I'm absolutely gutted for you. I totally understand that heart dropping feeling when something happens. I hit a lump of ice last week with my business vehicle and cracked my sump. Result is 7 days loss of earnings and a big repair bill.
I hope Salop can get it fixed quicker and not too dear.
That was nice of the park up to allow you to have a credit to be used later.

So sorry you’ve had to postpone your Cannock Chase break. Devastating for you , not to mention the cost to fix it! 😢. Our Adamo is having a couple of issues sorted atm at Salop but we’re still in our warranty period. Hope you get sorted soon. Looking forward to seeing your next vlog. Xx

Feel absolutely gutted for you both. I put a diesel heater in our 596 last year for that exact reason, so we have a back up if the Aldi heater fails or we run low on gas. It's been a game changer. Hope it's a cheap fix or a small seal. Sending love.... Frank and Jane ❤

Hi Bob and Lyne, we have the same Alde problem, the glycol tank emptied just before we went to Spain for 3 months. It seems the bleed screw has failed. It has happened before when our Hymer was new. It’s in the repair place now. Not straight forward.

So sorry to hear about the heating leaking the fluid, what a nightmare. We sincerely hope you manage to get it sorted out without it costing too much and is a simple fix. I don’t know much about the Alde heating, sorry, but could you take a fan heater or oil filled radiator to save needing to cancel so you keep warm? (On EHU) sincerely hope you find it and someone can help fix it. All the best and fingers crossed for you - David & Rachel ❤️

We do have a fan heater but it’s only really ok if you are on EHU, a power station will only run them for so long, I was more worried about the antifreeze all over the floor with the dogs

Awww both big cwtches, I feel for you and yes it is a true wffing mess up, especially when you were so looking forward to it. Happened to us last year, our van off the road for 6 weeks, we slept in a tent and borrowed a caravan, it was a nightmare.

We were the ones on the grass.
I was going to pop over and say hi but I knew there was something up as you we’re outside on the phone and when you know you know ay.
On a positive side it was a recommend from you going last time.
What a perfect nights sleep we had and ordered a kebab to the gate 😂😂😂
We headed directly towards the phone mass and just kept to the edge of the roads and ended up at a lovely pond,

Awww so sorry, we know what that's like although it was our truma that died, but we were lucky to find a Swift approved place in Dover now we use him for everything van related. I would swap my month for yours quite happily though! Fingers crossed for you that it's a simple fix xxx😘🐾🐾🐕🦓

Bloody totally gutted for you both, horrible feeling when your P & J goes wrong, our friend has a 2014 adria and it dumps his boiler water if its freezing temps, wish ours did, im always careful draining down, but i still worry about it, i hope yours hasnt frozen. Keeping fingers crossed for a speedy not to expensive fix, take care both xx
Hi we have been told since this has happened even the tiniest drop of water can pop your boiler 🤷♂️ we will get it sorted and I will lag everything many thanks for your comment it’s appreciated 👍

Our Adria too dumps any water in below freezing temps and its air blown truma heating seems less problematic for us. Hope you get it sorted very soon 😊

Rob and Lynn - check your bleed valves are closed and inspect them for cracks plus the flexible piping close to the area where you have fluid seepage .

Absolutely gutted for you both, it could be something as simple as a security clip for the push fittings and it has been dislodged with the flexing of the van and the pipe has pushed in over which would release the seal on the joint, hopefully it is not too expensive. Take care and we will watch you on the next one.

That horrible feeling at the bottom of your stomach when something goes wrong! Hopefully it’s an easy fix for you and not as painful as anticipated on Rob’s pocket! We have just had our shower tap replaced at the dealership £328.70!! 😊❤

Feel your pain, our van been in for MOT and service, MOT passed but boom needs a new radiator and hose, leaving for Spain next Sunday..£800 and not left the country yet or had the van heating on since October, hope that all works..🙏🙏

Had exactly the same issue on my brand new Swift Elegance Grande - leaked before we even managed to take it out. It was a quick fix with a leaky pipe below the radiator. Dealer sorted it really quickly

We had something similar to this and it’s was the combination of case had cracked in the cold. Had a diesel heater fitted to our van as a back up if we run out of gas.

So it must have been you that I passed on Friday, on the Rugeley to Hednesford Road. It was a quick glimpse, but when I got home that evening, I told the missus that I was sure I passed you, and Rob looked pretty fed up.
After seeing this video, I now know why. Really gutted for you both. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Hi Rob & Lynn, sorry about your problem. I’m not sure how helpful this will be but I had a leak on my Alde system last year. After several conversations with Alde and my dealer I dropped my van into the dealer for investigation. Like me, they couldn’t find any leaking pipes. Eventually they discovered that the boiler casing was cracked and I had to have a new boiler. Fortunately I was still under warranty. Hope you get sorted soon.

Hi Rob and Lynn sorry about your van we have just had the same problem how’re boiler was split it had to go back to alde for inspection you need to take the top off the boiler

Forgot to say this is a common problem with this boiler if I remember Rob top it up just before you went to Scotland I did the same and four weeks later no heating fingers crossed for you
Hope you get sorted asap.Disaster is when you are living full time in your MH and you reverse into the same spot for the 100th time and you are distracted for that one split second.Bike carrier straight through the washroom and garage.freezing cold and went down with covid 2 days later.Haven`t got a clue what to do for the best.Nightmare but hey ho nobody hurt,Good luck and keep up the great content

Have no idea if you have elect at your storage point. We have always left an elect heater on the frost setting. So sorry for you. Take care.
Hi we have no electricity in storage but as we said in the vlog the van is always drained down 👍
