Bro, your second formation 3241 can be achieved while still defending in back 4. Choose the 451 attack ( LM, CAM, CM, CAM, RM) then set the left back as full back defend to stay in back 3 while RB is falseback to join the CM behind the two CAM's. I think its better this way as then when possesion is lost, you naturally go back to a 4 and not so exposed on the wings.
@BromSquadGaming I like your version if you want to chase a goal and have extra player in midfield for press, but generally think if you can defend with back 4 vs a back 3 it's best to do so now that in possession we can push that fullback up in to midfield to achieve the same 3241. Will check out your other tactics too, I only really played around with chelsea so will be good to see different systems with other teams 👍

With 4231 the cam on roaming still stays central and if you try the half winger it only pushes the cam out to left wing, not where you want cole. With 433 you can keep Cole in that right cam postion / half space, Madueke and gusto help on the wing, enzo goes lcm box to box while cucu sits next to caicedo

You must set your tactics in your team sheet, after you finished it, it will give option either you want to save it or not. If you save, you dont need to set up it anymore.

Yeah I dead did this too for the beta it’s just impossible to do that w basic formations
