Thanks for the tricep exercise tip, I did the movement just the way showed and my triceps were sore. That hasn’t happened in along time. Do you have a bicep movement that works that well also? Thanks big guy and good luck this year
The clip above the ball is a game changer. I always hated how the balls hit each other. A double rope also works if you only have access to one cable stack.

Doesn't make any sense how rope pull down engages lats but the cross pull down doesnt. 🤦🏿♂️ I don't mind if you want to promote you and your buddy's products, but to say the rope tricep pull down doesn't work is ridiculous. It's the staple of tricep activation exercises and has been for decades. The movement is relatively identical to the new exercise you demonstrate.

do single arm one session and borh arms that should help
If you’ve been doing them for a long time that can happen, you can just switch them out for a similar excersise and add them back later
