@@Voidhawk42 James was holding an ax from a mod that's designed to cut down entire trees in a single cut, and the floor was made out of logs in a careful design. The ax saw the entire floor as a single "tree" and so when james broke one block to indicate where to place the thing, it took the whole floor with it
Surprisingly good transitions / connections between clips, for being a bunch of highlight clips. I guess things like "fell down a hole" and "james died" are enough a theme to connect clips :P
What terrific editing on this, especially Ben saying to Adam that he is fearless, followed by an entire segment of him getting scared and screaming so loud it scares Adam.
Benjamin Bengineering Ulmer literally falling the hell out of his chair in a fit of giggles at his effects board is such a genuinely joyful event. I thought I was going to faint from laughing so hard.
I like that Wheeler beating Isshin was a highlight with no goofs or commentary or anything. A well deserved highlight, and massive congrats to Wheeler for the W.
I love love love how this was cut together. Everything fit so well together with such an amazing logical flow, the way clips felt broadly organized by themes and cuts that were so perfectly timed. My favourite stream highlights by far, by any channel.

I still can't believe you got Anthony Rapp for a stream. I also can't believe I didn't realize who he was until AFTER the stream when I started watching Star Trek Discovery and said "WAIT THAT GUY LOOKS FAMILIAR."
I was up in the middle of the night, loopy and sleep-deprived, putting my kid to back to sleep when I started playing it to keep me awake. And I was so deliriously confused because of the lack of fanfare. That’s him right? Discovery? Rent? Celebrity of theater and TV fame? Is this not a noteworthy get? Is this not his first time? Is he regular now? And the game is about bears pulling off a heist? Maybe Rapp was always on LRR…
@@calebmarmon1310 I know, right? It's such a weird confluence of things. 1. A TV, Film, and Broadway star is on LRR. 2. He's playing a tabletop game about bears pulling a heist. 3. Everyone is so casual about it, like he's always been there.

I've watched all of the LRR highlights many, many times. I think this year's compilation is the funniest one of all. The relief from COVID lockdowns ending adds a special euphoria that adds to the experience, too.
I'm gonna just preemptively like this because I already know I'll be watching it numerous times both now and in the future. Keep up the good work and I look forward to all that is to come next year.

It's honestly astounding to me that even with a length more than triple that of the 2018 and 2019 compilations, the average quality of the clips has still gone way up.
