Thank you so much. I got the light brown and saddle Galleey tote. I agree with you 100%. I do have the problem with the back zipper but i am not going to send it back. I thought i was going crazy but when i got my new one i thought the size was different than the one i had before so you helped me out. I had to get an organizer for my other one because stuff moved all over the place but i didnt have to get an organizer for this one. I too love it but i did get me the Coach Cassie which i love love too so i have the small bag and my tote so i am in 7th heaven. Thanks for the idea of the chain. I have a Coach chain amd i put it on my tote and i love love it so Thank you so much.

This is beautiful! I enjoyed the carry on the new gallery tote surprisingly! I wasn't sure about it because of the new longer length, but then I realized that it is deeper too and somehow carries as much as a city tote now. I appreciate the redesign now. Enjoyed the video sis ❤
