THE FROZEN CHOCOLATE IS SO REAL. My partner loves to freeze his treats but I cannot stand hard chocolate because it doesn’t melt in the mouth so I feel like it doesn’t taste as good and smooth deliciousness 😭😭
I have a staffy who LOOOOOVES swimming.. Her entire life, she has LITERALLY begged us to let her in the pool every day when it is warm (she has always LOVED the beach too but the vet said that she shouldn't be running around on the beach and jumping through waves anymore)... She is nearly 13 now and she is partly deaf and has arthritis soooo this coming Summer (i am from Australia and it is Winter right now), we plan to buy her a doggy life jacket just so that she is continue her swimming safely without getting as tired.

You’ve clearly put on a lot of muscle so you’re doing great! Fat usually takes way longer to lose than it takes to gain muscle and the fact you’ve already gained so much muscle means the next step is to “reveal” it! Keep it up!
