The judge issued a no contact order during Martell's May trial during his sentencing. The contact order issued November 22nd stipulated that Martell shall have NO DIRECT OR INDIRECT CONTACT. The court also sent the family court judge a copy of this order. To bad the judge didn't send Carlos and OWN a copyM
