They are merely adding a tacking margin so the picture can be mounted to a stretcher. Since this tacking margin wraps around the stretcher, it disappears from sight when the picture is framed.
I couldn't make it through the video due to the really annoying music because it just doesn't work with the video content.
That's why they make a volume control, so you can turn the music off.
