Unfortunately in the lower ranks tank is a role that can get carried very easily by good support players. This guy probably has been able to survive and do things for so long because of the supports keeping him up. From what i can see its not until Diamond where a tank truly has to start pulling their weight to get things done.
There's a reason people stay on cart, they learned the hard way in those ranks. The amount of times i'm the one pushing cart as support while the rest goes ahead and have the balls to ask for heals is insane
This looks a lot like the enemy Echo and possibly Zen are holding the lobby hostage. They went in and murdered but as soon as the timer went low for the enemy team they just left the point completely and let their team die 3v5
In fighting games when someone is just attacking and not blocking. Usually good players that can actually win if they knew how to deffend but just attack without blocking. We say, this person did not pay $60 to block. This guy didn't unlock Ramatra to not press his cooldowns.
My top tip for this person is to stop tunnel visioning the fliers (Echo/Pharah/Mercy). As a tank, they are not your priority unless you are mitigating damage (like shielding a Pharah ult). If your DPS cannot handle them, switch to DVA. She can deny them damage and fly into their faces.

Agree with specializing in one Tank. Ram is a good pic to start.
