Hey Jaabo Minifigures: we have our CMF sets on 32x32 blue baseplates by series number. These are then mounted on the wall with Velcro. We keep set Minifigures with the set when on display and back in the box when not assembled. Other Minifigures we’ve built and sigfigs are displayed like the CMF figures. Fabuland figures: figures are displayed with the relevant set. The other 250+ figures in our collection are displayed on shelves in a school photo style - four rows of figures on each shelf. slightly higher than the one in front! That is all 🙂
I went to visit my family in So CA and I didn't get go to Back to the Future Museum or Hollywood Musuem because of time! Maybe next time! I did go to the ⛱️ beach it was really nice! I heard they also have a Star Trek exbit there!
Always love seeing how people do their displays. I’ve done so many variations over the year- brick-built stadium stands, LEGO-branded displays, Ikea cabinets, and more recently I’ve been making my own big shadow box display shelves to hang on the wall with 2.5” deep shelves. I think those have become my favorite. I have a 4’x4’ display with my complete CMF collection.
BAT: Your thoughts about storing a collection disassembled, but separated in sets vs. entirely disassembled, so all pieces sorted together? Of course, with sets you bought yourself you can keep all the "original" pieces together, but with used sets you never know anyway...
I personally use wall hanging display cases. I purchased mine at Michaels to store my Minifigures. I use a silicone off-brand Lego tape so it does not damage the feet of the minifigure. I don't know if this is the best way but it has words for me hope it helps.
This is the case I use Coin Display Case by Studio Décor®. I will say if you have Minifigs that are taller than usual they will not fit in these cases though the height in between the shelves is only about 2 inches when you put out the silicone off-brand Lego tape.

I asked if they thought they would have any when the castle releases Wed and they said they thought they would be getting more with every shipment through 8/14. So do you think they will restock them online also?

I would’ve booked my plane ticket to come see you but it’ll have to wait. My distributor in Indiana received my package so they’ll send you my sig fig within the next month.
