And to take back control on zooming in and zooming out. I know i can but i forgot that i could zoom out and zoom in on something else that is better for my health mentally and physically right now. I used to smoke weed every day from 16 to 21 years of age. And i just quit for a couple months and now im really starting to regulate them because i don't escape everything right away. And being sober makes me want to understand and i want to ascend and reach that very mature state of wisdom which in turn creates a healthy amount of human power.
