Yes, I agree, this specific model home does not have enough room for a pool. But some of the other lots are huge and have the potential for a pool. But this community has a beautiful Club HOuse with Swimming Pools and Spa, and amazing view of the city as well.
Yes, that's another kitchen. They call it a prep kitchen, to help organize the kitchen and to give more storage space. Imagine having 2 refrigerators and also a dishwasher in your kithcen. I love this new concept....:))
