- Join the concrete crew as we rip out an old driveway and set it up for a pour. The dump truck broke down but thankfully the mechanic came to the rescue and came straight to the job to make the repair. I was in a very bad mood and I think I might be losing my mind. It's just about time for a vacation!

That’s what I’m saying! lol I’m 25 and everyday after work around 4:30 5pm I’de clean and prep my paver F650 and be done by 6:30pm. Never coming in at 5am to clean or prep anything. The things this guy has his crew doing is cake walk compared to what I have to do on a daily. I wish I had a job like this

Ryan, consider having Carlitos being a yard/truck boss. Put him in charge of having the fellas keeping the trucks stocked and cleaned for each job. He seems the most responsible. Have a list for supplies needed on each truck. No arguing with him. He is repeating what you want and need.

I am an industrial electrician in Canada. When he showed you the hultafors mechanical carpenters pencil I lit right up. By far my favourite every day carry in my pockets. You can even get coloured wax sticks for it and they work great on steel.

You obviously have never owned a business or been in a management position to where you've made commitments to customers or have had to schedule work with the amount of labor/manpower required. Yes he encourages the guys to go out and get some of their own work, but Eric is the only one who has taken time off of work for his SIDE JOB, then it no longer is that. Also which is it, would you like the man to explain some things and the be considered a drama queen or would you like some things to remain private. Not to mentioned you or anyone else is owed a reason for anything that happens in his life.
