If you mean a tree diagram that shows reporting structure, that isn;t necessarily the idea behind the blueprints - though it would be pretty cool if you pulled that off. I haven't looks for sometime now but I believe there used to be a component under the Commerce Widgets that could render an org chart. I think it was experimental though and I am not seeing anything in the list of widgets that seems to do this anymore. That's the long answer. The short answer would be that you would need to build it yourself I think.
