I have a feeling that “discomfort zone” is actually the game about depression and/or anxiety. It shows how quickly the best things can turn into the worst and how should you treat yourself to feel better. It kinda hit me how the things you love in your life should keep you alive but I guess you have to experience something like this to truly understand that game.
