7:10 For this question I have another method, maximum energy of a capacitor is Q^2/2C (assuming Q is the maximum charge it can acquire), so 1/4th of this energy will be Q^2/8C. If you observe, then this will be the same energy it will have at a charge of Q/2. Hence find the time it will take to get charged half of the maximum charge. Then directly use the charge formula by putting Q/2 in place of q and Q as q(nought). In two small steps we get time as RC(ln2). Hope this helps 👍🚀
