May I know is it possible for small company with the annual turnover of RM1,000,000 to apply for e-Invoice now or do we have to wait until 1st July 2025
Thank you for your inquiry and comment. For more information, please feel free to visit this link: www.hasil.gov.my/en/e-invoice/. If you need any assistance with E-Invoice software, please visit our website for more info: ifca.asia/contactus/.
Hi @ruudygh for consolidated invoices, will need to submit by 7th of the following month. If referring to manually submit e-invoice 1 by 1 to get validation, it has to be current date or future date, no back dated is allowed so have to be real time. For more information, kindly head over to: ifca.asia/e-invoice/
This is so confusing. How does E-invoicing work on a company that solely work on property management like receiving rental and maintenance? Did anyone ever consider that not that many people are that tech savvy?? Most important of all, I am more worrying about cyber security than anything else!! Malaysia Law are too lenient on this part. What if someone from the government side is selling private information to syndicates that are up to no good or using the information provided for political gain? How secure are we as a citizen of Malaysia???

Hi @jiangong100, thanks for reaching out! To answer your queries: We have consistently been the preferred solution provider for large, successful, and expanding businesses in the property, construction, hospitality and HR sectors. This remains true for our approach to e-invoice implementation. We have already initiated testing on the automatic seamless e-Invoicing with a select group of pilot companies, many of whom are existing clients. These tests are conducted directly with LHDN and are scheduled to be completed by May 2024. Through these trials, we are able to ensure the connection from our ERP and e-invoice solution to LHDN servers is effective, and the test results have showcased our successful meeting of LHDN's requirement. Additionally, our team brings extensive experience across various industries including property, construction, hospitality, and finance. Currently, there has been no official announcement or indication from the government regarding the possibility of postponing e-Invoicing. Therefore, regardless of any potential changes, we are committed to continuing our efforts towards e-invoicing readiness. We want to ensure that we are prepared for any eventuality. Keep updated with the latest e-invoicing information by following IFCA MSC Berhad Facebook (bit.ly/ifca-fb-101) and LinkedIn (bit.ly/ifca-linkedin-101). We hope this clarifies. For more information, kindly head over to our e-Invoicing page (bit.ly/e-invoice-101), our team will contact you for in-depth discussion once you drop them a message.
