She's probably from southern Finland, the Swedish there sounds more Finnish than in other parts of Finland. For example my Swedish dialect is often confused with Norwegian or Icelandic, so not all Swedish spoken in Finland sounds like Finnish. I'd say most of the dialects in (mid and southern) Ostrobothnia sound more like Swedish or other nordic languages rather than Finnish. If you want to hear an extreme dialect, just search for Närpesdialekt or you can watch "sjukt lokal lokal tv" on yt.
