Judge caprio was absolutely amazing to work with and was willing to dismiss the ticket for parking a commercial vehicle on a no parking zone while the contractor was unloading dry wall off my trailer
Judge caprio is simply one of a kind ,rare !! Just think you go to court because you did something wrong against the law ,even after he sentences you all ,no exception leave the court in somewhat good mood ,that is beyond me, I salute this judge
Gave a handicap ticket to car in1970 turns out it was a Dr. Went to court. He claimed he came in on energy call. Judge [great judge ]. Questioned him turned out wasn't a emergency. Fine was Noemaly $100.00. Judge said you of all people should know better and doubled the fine to $200.00.

The reason why people appreciate this judge more than others? Compassion. He takes circumstances into consideration as if he were the person and sees that most people do not have ill will. Most do not respect someone who only follows the law by text.

Most judges I ever had encountered in traffic court take a quick look at you then look down at their papers never looking up again and dictate what they are going decide
I would visit this Court everyday just to listen to Judge Caprio, he's one in a million that's for sure!!
