I have to say two things - first off I could listen to you all day - you have a very cool accent. There are people who make videos who have a grating voice...including me which is why i don't make videos. Secondly is you explained this game superbly. Thank you.
Great video. I absolutely love the concept. Having said that, every game I’ve seen (about a half dozen) have been a Soviet cake walk. I’m not sure I want to pay for a game that seems I’d have work at to lose. Again, we’ll done.
You made a small error. To do the operational support card you also have to use a 62:nd army command post action, meaning you have to use 1 of the 3 actions in the Soviet operational face together with a 62:nd army card to be able to complete it.
Another really enjoyable video...well done! I did buy this game after watching and love it! Record: Game 1 Minor Victory - Game 2 Minor Defeat - Game 3 Minor Defeat - each one getting worse than the previous...oh oh:) One question: Noticed you removed tokens from the on-board "Staging Area" to satisfy "Operational Support" cards, is this allowed? Page 27 says they must come from the "stock". Again, great video, learned lots of strategy!
Nice play through! This is a great light war game. I think war games would take off a lot more if people visually see how they play. You can't even find play through for Twilight Struggle, kind of strange.
I wanted to say that too. But good job otherwise on getting all the small rules correctly (like how you can't activate soldiers that have been commanded this turn or how you can only remove Fog of War when the Signal chain is up). One other minor thing: When you determine which spot a sniper/mortar hits, you don't get to choose whether to go up or down if there is no soldier in the initial spot. You have to go all the way up first, then down. So if 3 is hit, but there is no soldier there, priority would be 4>5>6>2>1. The first one of these that has a soldier in it will be the target.
I am confused with how many dice I am supposed to roll with the weapon counters. For example, when deploying a mortor counter how many dice do I roll? Also, if one of the soviet counter is elimated does that mean I can use the weapons counter?.
I hate to potentially burst your bubble on the Milk House, but I don't think you should have been able to replace that unit on red that was exhausted (which helped clear the red track). From the manual: "However, a counter cannot move to a combat position that is occupied by a counter that is Exhausted or has a Disrupted token." Exhausted / Disrupted units can't move or be moved. :(
great video!! Really well done. Question: I got a bag of dozens of small colored wooden cubes included within the game. No idea what they're used for. The rules mention nothing about them. Any ideas?

Thanks for the video. Loved the play through! I really enjoy the solo play through videos. I would love to see more. Thanks again, good job!
Well done, enjoyed watching and learning from you
Thanks for this, well
done, it helped a lot for my first plays

One hour solitaire WW2 game with interesting decisions - hits the sweet spot

Do not forget that you must use a 62nd Army Command Post card to do an Operational Support card.

Great game I think I'm going to get it 👍

They can be used to represent the ammo, first aid, food and water instead of the counters.
Excellent play through have you played with the advanced tactics cards yet ? They seem to add a nice incremental difficulty level ...
You took 6 tactical actions on the last turn & not 4. You made a lot of mistakes during your replay.
